活著，是不曾間斷的流動，體內的世界沒有一刻靜止，周遭也沒有什麼是真正靜止的。每一分、每一秒，一切都在變動著。每個聲音、每道光芒、每次呼吸都是一次的震盪，來來回回，不斷運行、搖擺、流動，不斷變化如同海洋，每一刻都有別於上一刻。
唯有當我們試著感受靜心的那一瞬，才明白我們和這世界早已改變。
浩瀚深沈的海洋充滿了生命，對生命的熱情不斷外湧，飛濺到岸上，然後再度回到體內，如同身體啜飲周遭所有的變化，隨著生命起伏，把一切脈動拉近體內，內在浮現著情緒：激盪、渴望、流動、沸騰。它們伸展、碰觸、升起然後降落，成為每一個動作，隨著波動急緩。
水不斷流動，你感受到了嗎？彷彿海水起落，同時滋養、潔淨和療癒著身體，隨著每一份渴望、每一個動作和每一次呼吸流動著。練習合一的狂喜中感受與另一股潮流完成融合，手舞足蹈，飛揚再降落.....緩慢休息。我們就是水，是所有形式的本質，卻沒有固定的形式，是每個流動方向的起點，也是這股流動最後的終點，我們是感受的人也是行動的人，沒有分別，像海浪與海洋從來沒有分離。
這一週我們練習讓身體流動，感受水在體內湧動，宛如大海、川流、溪水，沒有形式，單純地流與動。

Alive, is an uninterrupted flow, internal world in the body never still for a moment, and nothing is really still external world . Every minute, every second, everything is changing. Every sound, every light, every breath is a shock, from back and to forth, constantly running, swinging, flowing, constantly changing like the ocean, every moment is different from the last moment.
Only when we try to feel the moment of meditation, can we understand that we and the world have already changed.
The vast and deep ocean is full of life. The passion for life is constantly flowing outwards, splashing onto the shore, and then returning to the body again, as the body try to sips all the changes around it. With the beats of life, all pulses are drawn closer to the body, which is emerged every Emotions: irritability, desire, fluidity, boiling. They stretch, touch, rise and then land, becoming every movement, slowing down with fluctuations
Water keeps flowing, do you feel it? It's as if the sea is rising and falling, while nourishing, purifying, and healing the body, flowing with every desire, every action, and every breath. Practice the ecstasy of unity and feel the integration with another trend, dance to the peak and then land ... Slowly rest. We are water. It is the essence of all forms, but there is no fixed form. It is the starting point of each flow direction and the final end of this flow. We are the human being , who is being feel and act . There is no difference, like the waves and the ocean. Never separated.
This week we practiced letting the body flow, feeling the water flowing in the body, just like the sea, rivers, streams, without form, simply flowing and moving.
