Both Chefs knew each other back in 2019 when Chef Lenzi had a chance to visit Omi Beef Okaki, he suddenly fell in love with Beef Chef YOSUKE’s cooking methods and the texture and flavor of Omi Beef.
Eventually in 2020 both Chefs decided to create an astonishing lunch for beef lovers, using different quality of beef from Japan, Italy, Australia and Thailand.
