#CARE為風雨蘭服務精神
A代表 #Aware，覺察性暴力迷思。
風雨蘭藉覺察性暴力迷思，讓受害人明白「錯不在我」，並加強專業協調，以減低各專業服務在處理程序及態度上，因迷思而可能對受害人造成的負面影響。
#一站式危機中心
建立一個鼓勵受害者求助的環境是非常重要的。風雨蘭在九龍和新界均設有24小時一站式危機中心，致力結合輔導服務及集中不同的專門服務於中心內進行，以避免受害人四出奔走於不同的部門，減少受害人重複講述其痛苦經歷的次數。
在受害人同意下，由警方安排警員到危機中心，讓受害人不必奔波，在較為有安全感的環境下錄取口供；同時安排法醫檢查及由醫生提供事後避孕及性病檢查，減免受害者覆述受害經驗；另外亦會按受害人需要，提供危機介入及長期輔導。

A means #Aware of the Need for Professional Collaboration. We are aware that fragmented services provided by different professionals may have a negative impact on clients. We advocate for multi-disciplinary collaboration to simplify procedures, minimize the need for victims to repeat their stories and to enhance intervention effectiveness.
#OneStopCrisisCentre
It was very important to establish an environment that encourages victims to seek help. RainLily has 24-hour one-stop crisis centres in Kowloon and the New Territories, offering victims the support they need. Combining different specialized services together, victims can be spared from running around and recounting their painful experience repeatedly.
With the victim’s consent, police officers would come directly to the crisis centre so that the victim can give the oral statements in a more familiar setting without the need to travel around. At the same time, forensic examination, post-coital contraception and check-ups for sexually transmitted diseases are provided. In addition, crisis intervention and long-term counseling are given to victims according to their needs.
