麻油 ½ 茶匙

番茜碎 適量
醃料:
胡椒粉 ¼ 茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
蒜蓉 1茶匙
牛油 （座溶）15克
蜜糖 1茶匙
腐乳芝士雞翼：
雞中翼 4隻
水牛芝士碎 10克
醃料:
胡椒粉 ¼ 茶匙
腐乳 1½ -2磚
糖 ½ 茶匙
