Happy Int’l Women’s Month of March! I’ve been wondering what to post and was inspired by this year’s theme, #PressforProgess. We may have come a long way, but the struggle for equality and even the most basic human rights continues, especially for the many disadvantaged women out there. Here in Singapore, there are single mothers struggling to get by, migrant domestic workers working for very little pay and protection. Let’s not invisibilize them further, and “look out not merely for our own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.”
