“It’s always tea time!” Running a 24/7 mobile clinic means I often have to sacrifice my full skincare routine to reach my patients' homes as quickly as possible!

However, knowing that sun related damage is the most important cause of premature ageing, applying a sunscreen is something I never forget and is my single most important step after cleansing!

As of late, even after sleeping well, I find myself receiving more and more comments about my tired and gaunt appearance.
