Sesi terapi spiritual tu bukan hanya orang Islam je join tapi ada bukan Islam juga.
Dia tak suruh pun wajib solat, wajib berdoa dan wajib berzikir. Sebaliknya pada mulanya dia akan bertanya tentang masalah yang di hadapi dan mereka akan memahami isu.
Selepas itu mereka akan terangkan untuk belajar mengawal pernafasan dan memahami pernafasan. Ia juga mengajar untuk berfikir untuk masa sekarang dan bukan masa depan atau silam. Sebab pesakit mental akan berfikir dosa silam dan apa akan jadi pada akan datang.
Dia nak kita fikir untuk masa sekarang. Most kena sakit mental sebab terlalu fikir akan apa akan jadi, fikir akan masalah tak ada duit, pasal covid dan sbgnya.
Sebelum sesi ada sakit dada, sesak nafas, migrain teruk tapi selepas diajar teknik-teknik tu terus rasa tenang/ hilang semua sakit.
Kalau ada umat Islam dalam sesi itu dia akan ajar cara kusyuk dalam solat melalui kawalan pernafasan. Masa dengar azan pula dia ajar untuk tenang dan kawal pernafasan.
Bila kawal pernafasan automatic otak kita hantar signal dan menghentikan pemikiran negatif menjadi positif. Ramai orang kena anxiety sejak covid melanda.
Mereka akan suruh untuk stop social media dan stop baca tentang covid dan politik sebab ramai trigger dan takut akan benda ni jadi kalau jauhkan buat kita kurang berfikir.
Yang kendali semua pakar yang ada tauliah dan pakar untuk beri terapi dan kaunseling.
Tapi tak tahu la ia bergantung pada yang memberi terapi sebab teknik semua tak sama. Kalau teruk kena jumpa pakar Psychiatry. Di hospital kerajaan pun ada, mereka akan buat DASS test untuk tentukan tahap kesihatan mental dan akan dengar juga isu yang di hadapi, ia juga akan beri ubat kalau teruk sebab sakit mental juga ada level -levelnya.
Kalau siapa yg ada masalah anxiety jenis yg suka fikir sampai pening tu. Di cadangkan utk tulis semua yg difikirkan sampai menghantui itu di kertas.
Bila tulis di kertas akan jadi kurang berfikir.
Contoh fikir takut akan covid.Jadi tulislah. Sehari tu apa yg difikirkan.
Bila nak tidur diajar untuk menyerahkan diri semua kepada Dia melalui ayat La Hawla Wala Quwwata illa billah

This was taken during the first check up for Baby #4 back in August when I was 8 weeks pregnant.
I was all alone at the clinic and had to wait for over two hours before I got to see my gynae. There were butterflies in my stomach and that anxiety was aggravated by the fact that it was freezing cold and I had forgotten to bring along my sweater. I tried to distract myself by walking around, doing leg lifts, reading the papers and scrolling mindlessly on social media.
There was only one thought and one hope on my mind... "Please be safe, Baby, and let Mama see that flickering dot".
I still vividly recall how dreadful it was when we were greeted by an empty sac, a lack of heartbeat and the words "Your baby is gone" when I went through a miscarriage years ago. The pain, the hurt, the sense of loss, the immense guilt and regret - it gets buried over time but never goes away. It was one of the darkest periods of my life and one that you have to go through to truly understand.
So this time round, all I was hoping was to see that heartbeat, for me to know that the baby is there and is doing fine. Boy or girl, really, it doesn't matter as long as the baby is healthy. That was all I could ask and hope for. And when I spotted that flicker, a huge flood of relief swept over me and I couldn't help but smile as I stared at the screen and saw my baby for the first time. Well, we subsequently failed one of the markers during the Oscar test and were told there was a chance of abnormality and risk involved. But that is a story for another day.
Today, I am just happy to share that we have crossed the 20-week mark and are doing well. I have been feeling the flutters and that is just one of the most amazing sensations ever. I will be doing a detailed scan tomorrow and will share more updates soon. Oh yes, and the gender reveal that many of you have been asking me about, it will be up this week, yeah?
