每個運動模式都是個概念,
該如何調整成最適合自己該時期的訓練目標,才是比較重要的,畢竟訓練目標因人而異嘛~
就我來說,我就把cross fit 裡面的
的emom wod:chelsea 做一些更動,讓我可以同時達成肌力訓練跟有氧的訓練目標,有活動到不要退步太快就好了👌
有興趣的朋友可以自己設定起來,可以先從四個作動每個動作10~12下,10組70秒不停錶開始,ㄜ……阿不然先五組好了,計時器可以app store搜尋hiit timer或是tabata timer自行依照可以的強度設定時間,阿不要休太久啦,還喘的過來就可以了🤣

3.貪食腹的仰臥起,
就三個動作,每天晚上超渡貪吃魂,
有跳有保庇!十分鐘很短就虔誠一點吧!
