* 拜登在賓州領先，美東時間今晚可能宣布總統當選人。—紐約時報
賓州目前仍有上萬郵寄選票尚未計算完成，未開出的選區郵寄投票有利於民主黨。賓州郵寄選票中，76%支持拜登，23%支持川普。
這些剩餘的上萬選票尚不包括11月3之後三天內寄達依美國最高法院裁定合法的選票。因此即使川普上訴最高法院，要求11/3之後寄達的郵寄選票不得計入，最高法院法官也居然推翻同一機構、同一事實、同一州的裁定，拜登仍然可能拿下賓州，跨越門檻，嬴得至少273票。
The latest batch of mail ballots from Philadelphia pulled Joseph R. Biden Jr. ahead by more than 5,000 votes in Pennsylvania, putting him in a strong position to win a state that would lift him above the 270 Electoral College votes needed to win the presidency.
Across the state, tens of thousands of ballots are still to be counted, mostly from predominantly Democratic areas.
* Winning Pennsylvania would clinch the election for Biden regardless of what happens in any of the other states that remain to be called.
* The votes being counted in Pennsylvania do not include any mail ballots arriving after Nov. 3. Those are being kept segregated. This count is for votes in by Election Day. See Pennsylvania results
* Mr. Biden has taken a narrow lead in Pennsylvania, as absentee votes are slowly being tabulated this morning. There seems no reason to doubt that he will hold a comfortable lead once all of the absentee votes are counted. So far, absentee ballots have backed Mr. Biden by a margin of 76 percent to 23 percent.
