Day 5: And I’m currently working on.. Handstand! (Well I’m on a 6-weeks break for my wrists)
Handstand doesn’t only involve strength in the arms but also the core, the flexibility of the shoulders, awareness of the body and so on. A forever journey 🙏🏼

Navasana or any kind of core work! I know it’s good for me, I know I should do more of it. Yet it is still my least favourite to practice it. Oh well, let’s get some core work done 🔥

Day 3: There are actually multiple poses that inspired me to start practicing yoga. Wheel is one of them! Never a gymnast or dancer, the shape of a wheel was just fascinating to me and still is! There is so much potential in our bodies. Take great care and make good use of it! 💕
