「我們沒有封鎖任何一座城市，也沒進行普篩，而是 #密切追蹤接觸者，且非常謹慎地檢驗所有症狀相符的疑似染疫者，我們認為這是較有效的方式。」
「我們犧牲了25萬人的自由，他們被隔離了14天，但經由這樣的居家檢疫，確保所有台灣人的安全，我們也才能正常工作、上課與生活，同時 #避免經濟受到衝擊。」
札卡利亞進一步詢問 #中國是否該為這次疫情負責⁉️

「#中國當時如果能如實通報 世界衛生組織，世衛如果也有及時提供協助的話，現在世界各國就不會遭受如此大的衝擊。」
