Our last and final entry for the US Potato competition is Tapeo's trio of tapas. Chef Simon Lynch served up potato crisps with tuna tartar, purple potatoes and octopus and saffron tortilla with crab and it certainly impressed the judges with its mixture of tastes and textures! Our US Potato judges trekked all the way to beautiful Shek O yesterday to try Cococabana's inventive potato dish. Chef Jean-Paul Gauci uses russet potatoes as a vessel for his four-cheese fondue - oh how very creative. Is it enough to win the competition though? #USspuds

The result was incredibly impressive, the judges loved the vibrant colours and creative use of potatoes. Will this be enough to win the competition and for Chef Wong to claim the ultimate title of Potato King? #USspuds
