Suncheon Bay is a coastal wetland that is made up of a 3.5 km long stream, 2,221 hectares of tideland and 230 hectares of reed bed. The vast, beautiful natural saltwater coast is home to many species of migratory birds, animals and plants such as hermit crabs, mudskippers, otters, weasels, spoonbills and whooper swans 🦅
上週Alana到新竹學習製作玻璃藝術品，讓廢棄的玻璃再次被賦予新生命，而且還能在創造利潤的同時也維護環境。另外，Alana也到香山濕地認識當地生態，她也提醒大家，濕地的生物雖然可愛，但最好是利用望遠鏡在遠處觀察，才不會影響牠們的生活唷！
Last week Alana visited Hsinchu to learn how to turn glass into works of art, which is a great way of giving recycled glass a new life. It does not only bring forth profit, it also benefits the environment. Additionally, Alana also visited Xiangshan Wetland to learn about its ecology. She reminded everybody, although the wetland animals are cute, it's better to observe them using binoculars from afar to avoid disturbing them!
