今天還看到有趣的Blended Whisky : Water Proof ，據說雨衣是蘇格蘭人發明的，讓身為基隆人心有戚戚焉，Water Proof 的酒盒竟然是用雨衣材質製成，45.8%的酒精度也很有誠意，推薦給大家（跟朋友開玩笑，酒喝完袋子可以拿來當傘袋）
還有一個期待的是Nomad Whisky ，這個混血兒威士忌，據說今年禮盒非常不錯，有陶瓷杯及小樣酒，蠻推薦給需要送禮的酒友們！

Can't wait for this super special Glenfiddich x Chocolate Concierge pairing session to start.
This is a session born out of love by two very passionate people who I would deem experts in their own fields after 1+ years of tasting and experimenting. The single origin bean-to-bar chocolates (made with Malaysian-farmed cocoa) were created especially to pair with each Glenfiddich core range. Thank you for doing this.
Highlights of the night :
- Dark chocolate with coconut cream and toasted coconut x Glenfiddich 12 was my favourite pairing. Flavours between chocolate and whisky took turns to shine on its own, with the coconut lingering at the end.
- that orgasmic dark chocolate caramel and sea salt
- that 80% dark chocolate Ganache fermented in a Glenfiddich cask x Glenfiddich 18.
