Peter Lin, winning the WORLD CLASS CHAMPION, TAIWAN 2017 at the age of 24, which led him to a whole new world of bartenders. At that time, he only worked behind the bars for six months… Influenced by his love to Boba milk tea, drink shop, night market, street foods, Peter loves using humble local ingredients to create cocktails with asian touches.
About Cocktails, Peter has a different perspective: To western countries cocktail culture has been happening for hundreds of years, but to Asia, it’s just a beginning. We learned the cocktail techniques, brewing techniques and use the ingredients from the western world, it’s time for us to create our own flavor, our own style! What is Modern Taste of Asia? Peter: “Modern taste of Asia is a drink that only we can make. It summarizes our past, our future and our culture.”
