江老师 那吴德娴主播客家话半桶水，是不是也不应该？没有负上主播的媒体责任？（灵魂拷问ing ）

这是之前我去参加 Astro 484搞疯会的队友，在这节目中收获了一群辩手朋友。让我学会虽然辩论有持方，有输赢，但学辩论或者说看辩论最大的意义夜不只是胜负，而是你从每道辩题，激发了你的思辩。这个从江老师那边看到的，请FOLLOW起来！

这道辩题，很有趣。在未投入自创内容前，我的确认为所有的内容创作者或自媒体，绝对要有条底线。但最近真正投入后，除了就底线之外，有了新的想法，那就是“大家是否对内容创作者有着太严苛的期望？” 这道问题也问着以前的自己～哈哈 ～

为什么一定要有知识性或是社会意义才是好的内容？ 又或比照审视正规媒体的标准，看内容，发音，表演，剪接配乐甚至是妆发穿搭身材。偶尔做点业配，还可能掉粉，被嫌弃走歪了，大喊：“你变了！”。内容创作者免费做内容给大家看，肚子也要填饱的呀～传统媒体的盈利模式是广告，那自媒体的变现除了流量就是业配合作。因为业配掉流量掉粉，内容创作者比你还紧张呢～

所以，不是说自媒体就应该质量低，低期许。而是就最简单的例子，拿捏好底线，忠于做自己和喜欢做prank，当然也能做出春天来，也可以是好内容。若再加上阅听众善意的交流，马来西亚内容创作处处精彩。

就拿我来做例子，为什么我的创作必须是得肩负“传承”呢？所以就得说一口流利的方言，才能好好传承，才是正确示范呢？这是件很吊诡的事，因为Hakka News 不是Hakka Dictionary或是Hakka正音班，吴德娴就是一个角色，一个运用我最不擅长又熟悉的语言，去设计的虚拟人物。，哈哈～

所以，真的千万别把我的创作当做客语教材，吴德娴当做是客语大师。如果这创作给你了契机，去认识自己的母语那就是最好的推动力。欢迎大家一起来交流和指教，推动我们一起进步和学习。毕竟方言就是你的阿公阿婆从他的阿公阿婆的阿公阿婆流传下来的，哈哈。多讲多交流，我们才能一起半桶水变成满满的一桶水。

所以，回归正题。
与其说内容创作者和自媒体要有媒体责任，不如说我们每个人都有所谓的“媒体责任”。 劣质内容为何可以一做再做，因为流量。在网络上，流量代表什么?代表有人看，有人关注还有最重要的变现能力。所以，很多时候我们常会看到一种情况，又要看又要骂。所以，身为阅听众，我们要的是“媒体识读”的责任。你懂得认识，辨别与思考而选择拒看，自然市场演算法和流量会淘汰。你的每一个click和view，就是决定了演算法让你看到什么。

但你一定会反问，我不看不问不说不关注，还是会带起风向啊～因为只有你一个人懂得媒体识读是不够的，这应该是全民教育。但现在人人可以是自媒体的同时，也是个阅听众。就算你的贴文只有十个赞，也影响了十个人对吧？

不如要求内容创作者负“媒体责任”之前，同时也要求自己懂得“媒体识读”。在网络时代下，媒体责任是全民责任, 更简单的来说You Are What You Eat ，不喜欢Eat就Eat，别Eat了不合胃口，又怪食物，对吧？😀

🧐 I recently spent four months working at the BBC in London, and English always sounded far smarter in my head than when it came out of my mouth. I often forgot words, made grammatical slips, and missed the usual precision of my native Spanish. It felt like trying to eat soup with a fork. As I write this, I have a dictionary open in front of me because I have learned to mistrust my ideas about what some words mean.

我最近在倫敦的BBC工作了四個月，口中吐出的英文總是沒有我腦海裡想的一樣聰明。我經常會忘記單詞、文法失誤或無法像是在講母語西班牙文那麼精準。那種感覺就像是用叉子喝湯。在寫這篇文章時，面前是一本攤開的字典，因為我開始懷疑自己對於一些詞彙的了解。

🌤 But there is a silver lining for those who are working in languages other than their native one. Research has recently shown that people who can speak a foreign language are likely to be more analytical. Other studies have suggested that people who are bilingual make decisions in different ways from those with one language.

但是職場上工作語言不是母語其實是有好處的。近期研究顯示，會多一門外語的人通常會多一點批判性思考。其他研究顯示，雙語人士相較於只會一種語言的人來說，做決策的方法會不太一樣。

📚 It suggests that as well as giving you an extra string to your bow in terms of where you can work and who you can work with, a foreign language also makes you a different kind of worker. But the real question is – does it make you a better worker?

除了多一些工作和工作夥伴的選擇之外，會一門外語也會讓你跟一般員工產生差異。但問題來了，擁有外語會讓你在工作上表現更好嗎？

Be Open to Supernatural Solutions

“When evening had come, his disciples came to him, saying, “This place is deserted, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves food.” But Jesus said to them, “They don’t need to go away. You give them something to eat.” They told him, “We only have here five loaves and two fish.”” (Matthew‬ ‭14:15-17‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

When you have lived many years according to natural rules of this world, you tend to think in a natural-minded way.

When Jesus asked His disciples to feed the multitudes, they were thinking about natural way to provide supply, which is to look at what you physically have in your hands.

They were about to learn the supernatural way through Jesus’ miracle of multiplying the loaves and fishes.

When you think naturally, in the face of a big challenge, you become so aware of the huge demands and the limited supply.

However, there is a source of infinite supply that you can draw from.

The next time you encounter a tough situation, train yourself to be spiritual-minded. Ask yourself, “What is the supernatural way to provide the solution?”

Then, when you have the answer, dare to pray for it. When you pray, you access the riches of God’s Grace.

“But as it is written, “Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear, which didn’t enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him.” But to us, God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.” (1 Corinthians‬ ‭2:9-10‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Let this word, “impossible”, be erased from your dictionary. The natural mind has not seen nor heard the things that God has prepared for us who are His beloved children.

The Holy Spirit in you will show you the deep things of God—that all things are possible through Him!
