在線上課程或是Youtube當中，大家留言詢問算是多，也讓我很受寵若驚的就是
～～「我的鼻音很重，該怎麼辦？」

為什麼說很受寵若驚？因為我自己也曾經因為鼻音很苦惱過

大概就是一直覺得自己胖，然後被問怎麼減肥那樣的榮幸

我跟鼻音的淵源是這樣的
很多年前有場工作要去國外待個三五天
於是和一群人就從陌生開始小小熟了起來
某天飯後閒聊時，真的是年紀小、有的是傻氣
竟然在人群中問起了
「你們覺得我主持有什麼可以調整的地方嗎」

這問題沒有不好，
是個願意讓自己更好的專業、敬業人士會三不五時問別人、問自己的問題，我到現在也常問別人、問自己

但就不該在
！！！人多的地方
！！！對象非專業口語人士
！！！自己心理還不夠強大
時來發問

第二點其實不一定啦，觀眾有時可以給出很好的反饋，但就怕是，對方看你誠心誠意地詢問，也覺得該真心真意地『找』出一些什麼來回答
於是就成了「挑毛病而不是找問題」

當時大家先安靜了幾秒，然後一位朋友先說「妳的節奏啊、氣氛都帶的很好，但好像鼻音重了點」
第二位馬上接口「對耶，這樣一講，姮均好像講話很多鼻音」
第三、四、五位，接著七嘴八舌地說「鼻音真的太重」、「身為主持人應該要能夠控制自己的聲音吧」種種種種........
一瞬間，鼻音似乎成了十惡不赦的大缺點（好啦！很可能是我當下的情緒錯覺啦）

於是那陣子只要人家問我是不是感冒了，都會超敏感的覺得對方是在「嫌」我的鼻音。

幾個月後，有場賽事會有電視台轉播，在會前我們先和棚內負責轉播的主播開了個會
開完會的閒聊中，女主播看著我說「誒，妳講話鼻音也很重耶」
當時心裡的ＯＳ整個在大叫「天啊！有事嗎？！怎麼又是鼻音啦！」
但女主播接下來開心地指著她自己說「我也是誒，我也是很多鼻音，我們台內很多都是鼻音組的」

然後那一刻，就像是醜小鴨發覺自己其實是天鵝一樣
妳不醜，妳只是沒問到一群和妳審美觀一樣的我輩中人

鼻音可以是陰沈、心機重、聽起來身體似乎不舒服的
但也可以是溫暖、有磁性、包圍力強的

事情都是一樣的，差別在你怎麼去看待（請畫底線加強，這句話每天都可以拿出來提醒自己十次）

但如果在不該發鼻音的時候，過度使用了鼻腔共鳴，該如何調整呢？
首先我們先來檢查一下，有哪些本該使用鼻音的
像是注音中有「ㄇ、ㄋ、ㄢ、ㄣ 、ㄤ 、ㄥ 」的字，都有運用到鼻腔共鳴

所以你在講「媽媽」時，捏起鼻子會有 ＃鼻耳脹脹 的感覺是正常的
但在講「爸爸」時，因為不需使用鼻音，所以捏或不捏，唸起來應該要是一樣的

可是，如果你捏起鼻子講「爸爸」，卻覺得鼻耳脹脹的，就是鼻音使用過多

這時試試用頭部、喉部、胸腔的共鳴，來轉移使用鼻音的狀況
當你叫爸爸能夠捏或不捏都清晰不脹時，才是正確的發音

所以用 ＃捏鼻法 來看看自己是否在不該用鼻音時把它召喚出來了
鼻耳在不該脹漲的時候，就要安分一下

熟悉鼻音該與不該的使用音、字後，如果希望鼻音再更少一點
就是在發該有鼻音的音、字時，多轉移一些到頭部、喉部、胸腔共鳴，讓捏鼻的悶脹感少一些，別人聽時，就不會覺得鼻音太重了

然後發音是習慣，不是練五分鐘的就可以了事的
日積月累，才能調整你多年的發音方式

除了捏鼻子判斷鼻音是否使用過度外
我也很喜歡用一個方式來調整自己發音

那就是 #即時監聽

因為錄廣播的關係，開始戴上監聽耳機
除了平衡自己的聲音與音樂之外
也發現即時監聽的即刻反饋，可以幫助自己修正許多吃字、咬字不完全的問題
因為很多時候，我們自己的耳朵是聽不出來這些差異的
由於「自己的聲音」是由說出來傳到耳朵＋顱內傳遞，所組成的

因此你以為的，真的和別人聽到的，不太一樣

用監聽的功能，讓自己可以更精準的進行修正
不用到錄音間，很多ＡＰＰ都有這種功能，我是用「iRig Recorder」

戴上有麥克風的耳機，邊錄、邊講，就能邊聽、邊修正了

慢慢的，你會發現，自己的聲音不一樣了，越趨近於「你希望＆以為」的樣子

密集錄廣播的那陣子，也是我覺得對自己的聲音掌握度最好的時期
因為你抓到對的感覺後，就算不即時監聽，身體也大概記得是什麼模式

但老實講，久了沒用，就容易打回原形
用進廢退，什麼都一樣。

好久沒錄影片了，這次是先腦子裡想一下，然後就直接錄
錄完再打這篇文字。

發覺如果是先用文字整理一下，再去錄，應該會更有邏輯更完整
更根本的是，太少錄了啦！！！

就算是在講「說話」的頻道
但是我自己在這個領域還是有很多要去調整改進的地方
能夠這樣坦誠的說出自己不足的地方，覺得挺好的：）
