Congratulations to Chiang Ting-wei for earning a coveted place in the WTO’s Young Professionals Programme!
Chosen from among a highly competitive group of 2,400 candidates, Chiang had the even greater honor of representing this year’s participants at the virtual opening ceremony, attracting even more global attention to Taiwan.
Among the 14 program members are youths from diplomatic allies Belize, Eswatini, Guatemala and Nicaragua.
Taiwan’s Permanent Representative to the WTO Lo Chang-fa also warmly welcomed the young professionals, encouraging them to fully grasp the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to glean invaluable knowledge and experience.
