#Latergram to one of my family’s FAVE dish... abalone rice!!! Imagine hot piping, savory sauce in a bed of @newmoonsg abalone, dried scallops and Chinese shiitake mushrooms over rice 😋😋😋 I added @liloikanbilis scallop and mushroom powder for more umami, and braised the sauce with additional @newmoonsg’s abalone sauce. ✨

Finished off the meal with @newmoonsg’s Birds Nest with White Fungus, my kid’s love that it’s so yummy! (I love coz not too sweet☺️) Then it’s @newmoonsg Artisan Handmade Pineapple tarts for a touch of sweetness 😋 So hungry now thinking of it!
