By now, you already knew I travel extensively and mostly to cities that offer comfort, safety and luxury. Was never quite the adventurous type...until now.
My recent trip to Bali totally blew my mind and I have grown even fonder of Indonesia! Proud to say Bali helped me to overcome my fear of heights and I learnt to enjoy rustic adventures such as a long hike to a beautiful waterfall, climbing rocks in a wet cave and not slipping, waiting hours & hours with a bunch other like-minded Instagrammers/photography lovers to take a one-million-dollar shot. Of course, so elated that I FINALLY mustered the courage to try the Bali Swing! (Trust me, not scary at all when you are face to face with such stunning views and the adrenaline rush is addicting!)
Most importantly, I really enjoyed making friends with the locals because they taught me a lot about the value of simplicity, being authentic and not taking things for granted.
