Busy mum, healthy cooking? Somehow, it's sounds so difficult to achieve but it's pretty easy!
This chicken stock powder is easy to make and it eliminates all the nasties that we find in commercial mass produced stock powder. Since this recipe is curated specially for kids and people who are more health conscious, I use Benja Chicken which is free of antibiotics and growth hormones. You can easily get it from major supermarket, Redmart or from CPFood online.
When you are in a rush or running out of soup stock, you can just add a tsp to your dish or soup stock to make it flavourful.
Baking time will take about 60mins, preparation time is about 15-20mins.
Ingredients
Chicken fillet 1 packet (520g)
Mushrooms 10pcs
yellow onion 1pc
2 dried bay leaf
Garlic cloves 50g, skin and head removed
leek 70g white part
2 stalk (15g) coriander
1 slice of ginger
1. Preheat the oven 160.
2. Cut the meat into strips. Boil the meat with ginger for 2mins. Remove, pat dry and place on baking tray
3. Cut the onion, garlic and leak. Place on baking tray.
4. Soak the mushrooms with hot water for 1-2 mins and cut into small pieces.
5. Baked (with fan mode) 160 for 60mins, flip it when necessary. Just make sure the ingredients are dry.
6. Once the ingredients are cool down, blend altogether into powder.
7. Keep it in airtight container.

Note:
- Store it in airtight container and put in the fridge for up to 3 months, freezer up to 6 months. For room temperature is about a month, away from light and moisture.
Tips:
1. As this is a weaning baby friendly recipe, you can add 100g-150g sea salt to your recipe.
2. You can replace sea salt by using 100g dried shrimps.
3. You can omit mushrooms if your baby is below 8 months old and worried about allergy

Resepi Tart Nenas Gebu

Bahan- Bahan :
250 gm butter
2 sudu besar gula castor
2 sudu besar minyak sapi
1 biji kuning telur
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
1 sudu besar tepung kastard
1/2 cawan tepung jagung
secubit garam
3 1/4 cawan tepung gandum ~ utk tart gulung
jem nenas secukupnya ~ digentel bulat2 (kecik sket dr guli) ~ saya beli readymade
Inti Nenas:
1 biji nenas
1 batang kulit kayu manis
Gula secukupnye (bergantung kepada manis nenas)
sedikit pewarna kuning
Cara penyediaan inti tart nenas:
1. Blender nenas.
2. Masukkan nenas yg telah diblender bersama-sama airnye,kulit kayu manis,pewarna kuning dan gula kedalam periuk.
3. Kacau sehingga pekat dan boleh gentel.
4. Air dimasak sekali supaya tidak hilang rasa masam manis nenas tadi.
Hiasan:
1biji kuning telur
1 titik pewarna kuning
1 sudu air
1/2 sudu kecil esen vanila
*Bancuh keempat2 bahan ni hingga sebati.
Cara2:
1) Ayak ke tiga2 tepung.
2) Pukul butter dgn gula hingga putih/creamy.
3) Masukkan minyak sapi, kuning telur, esen vanila dan garam.Pukul lagi hingga sebati.
4) Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan gaul sebati hingga menjadi doh.
5) Perap sebentar supaya doh mesra.dlm 15-20mint.
6) Utk wat tart gulung ~ buat la cam biasa ya.. (dr start picit doh kat acu tart tu, letak inti yg digentel bujur, gulungkan, buang lebihan doh, kemaskan bahagian bawah tart,
7) letak atas tray pembakar dan sapu kuning telur )
8) Buat hingga adunan habis dan bakar la hingga masak dgn suhu 175 - 180C. saya bakar dlm 25 minit.
9) Angkat dan sejukkan atas redai/rack dulu sebelum disimpan dlm bekas kedap udara

Fluffy Pineapple Tart recipe

Ingredients:
250 gm butter
2 tablespoons of castor sugar
2 tablespoons of cow oil
1 pieces of egg yolk
1 small spoons of vanilla esen
1 tablespoons of custard flour
1/2 cups of corn flour
A pinch of salt
3 1/4 cups of wheat flour tepung for roll tart
Pineapple jam enough secukupnya rounded up (small from guli) ~ I bought rm46
Pineapple Core:
1 pieces of pineapple
1 sticks of cinnamon
Sugar is enough (depends on the sweet pineapple)
some yellow dye
Ways of preparation for pineapple tart:
1. Blender pineapple.
2. Insert pineapple that has been blended together with the water, cinnamon, yellow dye and sugar into the pot.
3. Stir up to thick and can gentel.
4. Water cooked once so that the pineapple sweet taste won't disappear.
Decoration:
1 pieces of egg yolk
1 dots of yellow dye
1 teaspoon of water
1/2 small spoons of vanilla esen
* Mix the fourth of these ingredients until it's mixed.
The ways:
1) Ayak to three flour.
2) Hit butter with sugar until white / creamy.
3) Insert cow oil, egg yolks, vanilla essential and salt. Hit it again until it's mixed.
4) Insert flour little by little and mix it until it becomes dough.
5) Marine for a while so that you're friendly. In 15-20 mints.
6) To make roll tarts ~ make it as usual.. (from starting to pinch the acu tart, put the filling that is oval, roll, throw the extra, clean the bottom of the tart, clean the bottom of the tart,
7) put on the burning tray and apply egg yolk)
8) Make it until the mix runs out and burn it until it's cooked with 175-180 C. I burn in 25 minutes.
9) Lift and cool down on the redai / rack first before being stored in an airtight container

あのレインボーポップコーンを作ってみました♪
10カップ分
材料:
砂糖 大さじ2×6
食紅 赤 1-2滴
食紅 オレンジ 1-2滴
食紅 黄 1-2滴
食紅 緑 1-2滴
食紅 青 1-2滴
食紅 紫 1-2滴
ココナッツオイル 大さじ6
ポップコーンの種 大さじ2×6
塩 小さじ1 ½
作り方:
1.天板にクッキングシートを敷く。
2.6つの小皿に砂糖を均等に分ける。(大さじ2ずつ)各小皿に食紅を1-2滴入れて混ぜる。
3.フライパンにココナッツオイル小さじ1とポップコーンの種2粒を入れる。蓋をかぶせて強めの中火で加熱する。種が弾けたら火を中火に弱め、ポップコーンの種大さじ2と砂糖が入った小皿一杯分を加える。再び蓋をかぶせ、フライパンを振って混ぜ合わせる。焦げないように振り続け、弾ける音がある程度静まったら、火から下ろす。気をつけながら蓋を外し、天板に移す。
4.熱いうちに塩小さじ¼をふりかけ、冷めたらボウルに移す。残りの5色も同じように作る。必要に応じてクッキングシートを入れ替える。
5.全色のポップコーンを大きめのボウルに入れ、混ぜ合わせたら、完成!
6.密閉容器で2日間保存可能。
Rainbow Kettle Corn
for 10 cups
Ingredients:
12 tablespoons sugar, divided
red gel food coloring
orange gel food coloring
yellow gel food coloring
green gel food coloring
blue food coloring
purple gel food coloring
6 teaspoons coconut oil, divided
12 tablespoons white popcorn kernels, divided, plus 12 kernels
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt, divided
Preparation:
1.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Divide the sugar evenly between 6 small bowls, 2 tablespoons per bowl.
3.Dye each bowl of sugar a different color by adding 1-2 drops of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple food coloring. Stir each bowl with a clean fork until the sugars are sandy in texture. Note: We recommend gel food coloring, as the colors are more stable. Only use 1-2 drops; a little goes a long way.
4.Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 2 popcorn kernels to a medium nonstick saucepan with a lid. Cover and place over medium-high heat. Once the kernels pop, reduce the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of popcorn kernels and 1 bowl of colored sugar. Immediately cover the pan and shake to combine. Cook, shaking the pan constantly to ensure that the sugar doesn’t burn, while the popcorn pops. Once the pops are more than 3 seconds apart, remove the pot from heat. Carefully remove the lid away from your body and pour the popcorn onto the prepared baking sheet.
5.Evenly sprinkle ¼ teaspoon salt over the hot kettle corn. Let the popcorn cool completely, transfer to a bowl. Repeat with the remaining colors, replacing the parchment paper as needed.
6.Combine all of the popcorn in a large bowl. Toss to distribute the colors evenly. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

Ingredients:
-250g roll oats( bob’s red mill)
- 120g whole almond
-50g sunflower seeds
- 150g pumpkin seeds
-80ml honey
- 80g dried dates
-70-80g dried apricots
Instructions:
- Chop the almonds, dried dates, apricots or put them in processor machine.
- Heat up the pan on medium heat.
- Add oats & all the seeds . Toss them frequently to make sure it ‘s not getting burnt at the bottom. It takes 30-45 mins to get brown and crispy
- Heat up the honey on small heat. Pour the hot honey into the mix of oats & seeds. Mix them well
- Add chopped dates,apricots and mix them again
- Prepare a baking tray. Lining baking/parchment paper
- Pouring the mix into the tray. Spread it equally. Using another parchment paper on top. Using either cutting board or glass to put on the top. Press down firmly. This way all the seeds, oats will stick together
- Let it rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Using a knife to cut and shape the granola & the size you like
- Put them in an airtight container and put in the fridge .

冷凍パイシート(解凍する) 3枚
■ブロッコリーチェダー
卵 2個
牛乳 80ml
塩 小さじ1/4
コショウ 小さじ1/4
チェダーチーズ 65g
ブロッコリー(小房に分ける) 130g
■ペッパーオニオン
卵 2個
牛乳 80ml
モッツァレラチーズ 65g
ピーマン(1cm角、炒める) 25g
玉ねぎ(1cm角、炒める) 25g
■トマトチーズ
卵 2個
牛乳 80ml
塩 小さじ1/4
コショウ 小さじ1/4
モッツァレラチーズ 35g
ゴートチーズ 50g
トマト(1cm角切り) 65g
サラダ油 適量
作り方:
1.オーブンは190℃に予熱する。マフィン型の内側に油を薄く塗っておく。
2.パイシートはめん棒でのばし、直径12cm大に型抜きする。マフィン型にきっちりはめて、190℃のオーブンで10分焼く。
3.ボウルに卵、牛乳を加えて混ぜ、塩、コショウ、チェダーチーズ、ブロッコリーを加えて混ぜ合わせる。
4.別のボウルに卵、牛乳を加えて混ぜ、塩、コショウ、モッツァレラチーズ、炒めた玉ねぎ、ピーマンを加えて混ぜ合わせる。
5.別のボウルに卵、牛乳を加えて混ぜ、塩、コショウ、モッツァレラチーズ、ゴートチーズを加えて混ぜ合わせる。
6.(3)、(4)、(5)をそれぞれ(2)の型に流し入れ、190℃のオーブンで20-30分焼く。
7.粗熱を取って型から外し、保存用密閉袋に入れて空気を抜きながら口を閉じる。冷凍庫に入れて保存する。(保存期間は1ヶ月)
8.600Wの電子レンジで1分-1分30秒加熱していただく。

INGREDIENTS
3 premade frozen pie crusts, thawed
Broccoli Cheddar
2 eggs
⅓ cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
⅔ cup cheddar
¾ cup small broccoli florets
Pepper And Onion
2 eggs
⅓ cup milk
⅔ cup mozzarella
½ cup cooked bell peppers and onion
Tomato And Goat Cheese
2 eggs
⅓ cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
⅓ cup shredded mozzarella
⅓ cup crumbled goat cheese
⅓ cup tomatoes, chopped
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC), and lightly grease a 12-cup nonstick muffin tin.
2. Cut the pie crusts into 12 circles, 4½ inches in diameter.
3. Press pie crust circles into the muffin tin cups and bake for 10 minutes.
4. In 3 separate bowls, whisk together the respective filling ingredients.
5. Pour each filling over their own row of 4 crusts.
6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until filling is fully cooked and no longer runny.
7. After removing from the oven, run a butter knife or thin spatula around each cup to prevent crust from sticking to the sides.
8. Eat while still warm, or cool, then freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month. To reheat, microwave for 60-90 seconds.
