Creation for Easter 2020, the milk chocolate pineapple 🍍 egg 2.0, a more advanced version of 2018,
The pineapple is made with Milk Chocolate Bahibe 36%, #valrhona @valrhona_asia ,
Inside the shell, the chocolate is garnish with speculos cookies, dry Taiwan Pineapple and crunchy caramelia pearls.
And some coffee crumble...

Inside the pineapple egg, there is also 2 pcs of traditional Taiwanese pineapple cake with salty egg yolk from “Pan’s Cakes”, my favorite ever!
