- This works with the Brachialis and forearms. I prefer going a little more reps for neutral grip curls. Add weight if necessary. Keep your wrists tight went you do this exercise.cise.

1. Supination Curls: 8-10 reps x 4 sets
- Add weight every set. Fix elbows position and squeeze your Biceps hard!
.
2. Skullcrusher: 10-12 reps x 4 sets
- Maintain or add weight if necessary. Don't go heavy for this exercise. Work on the tempo and squeeze for this exercise.

3. Hammer Curls: 12-15 reps x 4 sets
Take about 60-90 seconds rest in between sets. Do this in a classic straight-set style for better performance.if necessary. Keep your wrists tight went you do this exercise.

4. Narrow Grip Push Ups: To failure x 4 sets
- Arms shoulder width or slightly closer. Go wider grip if you feel too much pressure on your wrists. Elbows fully extend at the top. Go all out and you'll feel the intense burn.

Take about 60-90 seconds rest in between sets. Do this in a classic straight set style for better performance.

I personally prefer to do them in a Superset style. Eg. Curls > Skullcrusher > Rest > Repeat.

Juz 6: Reflections (al-Maidah:6)
By obligating wudu before salah, Allah intends to purify His servants, both physically and spiritually, and complete His favour upon them. A blessing for which we must be ever grateful.
Wudu may seem like a simple act of washing specific limbs of the body, but it is actually an act of worship, through which a person attains closeness to Allah, it is half of imaan and holds great virtues.
💦A means of forgiveness:
The Prophet ﷺ said, "None of you who uses water for ablution and rinses his mouth, sniffs up water and blows it, but the sins of his face, and his mouth and his nostrils fall out. When he washes his face, as Allah has commanded him, the sins of his face fall out from the end of his beard with water. Then (when) he washes his forearms up to the elbows, the sins of his arms fall out along with water from his finger-tips. And when he wipes his head, the sins of his head fall out from the points of his hair along with water. And (when) he washes his feet up to the ankles, the sins of his feet fall out from his toes along with water. And if he stands to pray and praises Allah, lauds Him and glorifies Him and shows wholehearted devotion to Allah, his sins would depart leaving him (as innocent) as he was on the day his mother bore him." [Muslim]
The Prophet ﷺ said, "He who performs Wudu' perfectly (i.e., according to Sunnah), his sins will depart from his body, even from under his nails.” [Muslim].
✨Radiance on the Day of Judgment:
The Companions said, “O Messenger of Allah! How will you recognize those of your Ummah who are not born yet?” He said, “Say, if a man has white-footed horses with white foreheads among horses which are pure black, will he not recognize his own horses?” They said; “Certainly, O Messenger of Allah!” He said, “They (my followers) will come with radiant faces and white limbs because of Wudu’; and I will arrive at the Haud (Al-Kauthar) ahead of them.” [Muslim].
🌟Adornment in Jannah:
The Prophet ﷺ said, “The adornment of the believer (in Jannah) will reach the places where the water of Wudu' reaches (his body).” [Muslim]

這次的運動總共有4個動作,是如何使用瑜珈球練核心、側腹肌、三頭肌跟大腿後側肌群。
每組動作做15下。
整個循環2-3次。
Use Stability Ball to do these 4 movements
To target your Abs, Obliques, Triceps and Hamstrings.
First movement
•Do it 15times
•Knees on the floor, hands together on the Stability Ball, slowly roll down until your forearms is on the Stability Ball and extend your arms a little bit more. Then use your core and triceps slowly roll up.
•When you do this motion, most important thing is your head to knees should keep it in the straight line don't bend your pelvic when you roll up and down so you can really work on your abs and triceps.
Second movement
•Do it 15times for each side.
•This movement is for your Obliques, so if you gonna start with your right oblique, turn your lower body t the left upper body parallel with the floor, hands together on the Stability Ball, same motion as First movement.
•After right side switched to Left Obliques.
Third movement
•Do it 15times
•Lay on the floor, arms by your side to keep your body stable. Feet on the Stability Ball. Slowly to bend your knees towards to your butt (use your hamstrings muscles to bring your feet in.) Then extend out, go in and out. Abs/Butt tight to protect your lower back. Keep your hips high, NEVER DROP YOUR HIPS while doing this motion.
Fourth movement
•Do it 15times
•Same thing as third movement but don't extend your legs out. Just keep your feet on the Stability Ball, arms by the side, hips high, then just slowly lower your pelvic and slowly back to the top.
Do these 4movements 2-3 times.
