【心很累、很痛、很無力的時候,我們需要情緒排毒】
久違了的假期,需要片刻me time,好好安靜。
心理學家也是人,也會有情緒,當心動盪不安的時候,我要麼選擇運動,要麼選擇藝術。
昨天抽時間做了一幅衍紙花圖。衍紙(quilling) 是一門以專用工具將細長紙條捲成特定形狀,用捏、折、皺、彎、搓、捻等方法做出造型,再搭配組成圖案的紙藝。平白無奇的捲紙可構成不同美倫美奐的圖案,看似複雜的構圖,只要專心專注,一步一步跟着步驟,就會慢慢呈現眼前。
專注在藝術創作中,我們很容易達致心流(flow) ,在其時,主觀地會對面前的活動感到游刃有餘、不覺時間流逝,也不容易分神,且會感到非常愉悅。
當無法擺脫社會環境加諸於我們的無力感時,可以嘗試好好掌握當下和專注在眼前的事情,為自己沉重的情緒排毒。

1. Completely involved in what we are doing: focused, concentrated.
2. A sense of ecstasy: of being outside everyday reality.
3. Great inner clarity: knowing what needs to be done, and how well we are doing.

5. A sense of serenity: no worries about oneself, and a feeling of growing beyond the boundaries of the ego.
6. Timelessness: thoroughly focus on the present, hours seem to pass by in minutes.
7. Intrinsic motivation: whatever produces flow becomes its own rewards.
