Highly recommend this mushroom cream version regardless whether u are a spicy or non-spicy lover cos this flavor really complemented the seafood! Creamy, not too jelat with generous amount of mushrooms and 🧀!

《食｜一個人享受兩人份的手抓海鮮》

前些日子暴風雪，昨天跟今天總算出了大太陽。雖然無法出門玩，但依舊點了最愛的手抓海鮮犒賞一下最近忙到沒日沒夜的自己。這次吃到的帶頭蝦非常新鮮，肥美飽滿，每口都能深刻的感受到蝦子的鮮甜。以往吃到的帶皮馬鈴薯煮得十分軟爛，一抿便化開，可以享受馬鈴薯的濃郁香氣與入口即化的口感。可惜這次吃到的馬鈴薯沒煮熟且水分過多，有些遺憾。玉米則是依舊脆甜，配上香辣的Cajun醬十分夠味。薰豬肉香腸的質地較為乾癟。
整體來說，這家店的手抓海鮮是我目前為止找到，味道離Hot n Juicy Crawfish最相近的地方，但風味還是有些許差距。我個人還是偏好後者，尤其是他們的Hot n Juicy 醬汁與厚實飽滿且口感彈牙的薰豬肉香腸。
兩家醬汁的味道有些類似，Hot n Juicy Crawfish直接把它們的招牌醬汁稱為Hot n Juicy，而這次分享的店跟其他在網上搜到的醬汁名稱都叫Cajun Sauce(卡真醬）。
上網查了一下醬料的歷史，才得知這種醬料是阿卡迪亞移民在18世紀逃離加拿大後在美國南部發展起來的一種烹飪方式。 受到法國鄉村烹飪的啟發。阿卡迪亞人是北美最初的法國定居者。 在1600早期移民到加拿大，其次擴散到北美的路易斯安那州。而美洲原住民和非洲裔美國人的影響也​​在製作Cajun美食方面發揮了關鍵作用。
這次分享的是Asian Cajun Crabby Crab，其醬汁多了一種中式的風味，尤其是卡真醬中加了中式風味的蔥花。Hot n Juicy Crawfish 的部分，從觀察店員與用餐的顧客，可以判斷其味道比較偏非裔美人喜愛，疫情爆發前也能看到亞洲顧客面孔在此大快朵頤，可惜該店只能自取外帶，戶外用餐區是否開放也不固定，建議想前往用餐先打電話確認。至於外帶部分，目前只接受事先上網預訂付款，不接受電話預約。冬天要是想當場訂餐外帶，等待時間只能夠在外吹冷風。
分享完前面兩家手抓海鮮，讓我不禁想再分享一家也有提供真卡醬口味的手抓海鮮。相較於前兩間的海鮮，第三家所使用的食材完勝前面兩家手抓海鮮。該店的雪蟹腳每一支都有著鮮甜肥美的蟹肉，就連小龍蝦都肥滋滋的，新鮮到一咬下去，便能感受到那紮實彈嫩的口感。香腸厚實飽滿兼具彈牙的口感，馬鈴薯細軟綿密，一壓就化開，但香氣較不明顯。龍蝦尾的口感也很紮實肥美，口感真是彈嫩到讓我至今為止還是印象深刻，難以忘懷。唯一比較遺憾的地方是醬汁的部分，雖然選了卡真醬少辣，但整體味道偏甜，少了卡真醬香辣夠味的精髓。以食材來說，第三家所要介紹的Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet，其海鮮的新鮮度與食材口感絕對是三家手抓海鮮之冠。
