Avenue 75 is the new bars in Tsim Sha Tsui East is an intimate cocktail bar and restaurant serving Asian-inspired tapas and craft cocktails.
cocktail inspirations is from the famous artworks of masters such as French artist Paul Cézanne, Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer, and Russian avant-garde artist Kazimir Severinovich Malevich.

The Pillar of Truth by PS150kl with Four pillars gin and Bunga by Botak Liquor Bar with Gvine.

The Pillar of Truth is inspired by the Garibaldi cocktail with an Asian twist (with vermouth, campari, osmanthus syrup)

Bunga is made with a pear and ginger flower syrup topped up with pickled fig leaf sourced from their own farm.

I like how the KL #GinJubilee2019 inspires our local bartenders to champion local ingredients.
