分享最近的愛歌給大家~~~可以反覆聽好幾遍

前幾天不是分享最近都在追韓劇「出軌的話就死定了」，過程中的劇情都很喜歡，走懸疑搞笑浪漫路線，就是收尾時超快速有點超出我的想像啊！欸，哪會按呢？

目前追的是「上流謊言」，剛好女主也是曹如晶~只是比較痛苦的是還沒完結篇所以每週都要等最新集數出來太難熬啦！

▍#宅在家救台灣 ▍
#輕簡生活提案 | 00 啟程篇
#調整生活的樣貌

疫情改變了很多人的生活樣貌，我們都在這樣的改變中，調整自己的生活步調，重新習慣一種新的生活型態。
在這樣的日子裡，待在家的日子長了，與自己及家人相處的時間多了，磨擦可能多了，但換種角度想，這樣的危機也可能是改變自己的轉機。

🔸事件沒有情緒，人才有🔸
人與人之間，需要一些些獨立的空間，與專屬自我的時間。當生活空間被物品壓縮，當個人時間被家務填滿，心自然無法平靜。
那天看到 #鐘明軒 搬家的影片，他提到「事件本身沒有情緒，情緒是由人所定義」，我想人與人之間的相處也是如此，心情愉快時，問題也能以更明快的方式解決。
我相信，擁有獨立的空間與專屬的時間，心情自然較能穩定愉快。

🔸購物無可厚非，維持數量才能輕簡生活🔸
懶媽不完全是個極簡主義者，說實話我只是個有點乾淨癖的慵懶主義者。能不做的家事就盡可能不做，需要做的家事就精簡做。
但東西一多，想要精簡整理就會面臨本質上的困難，就像一層書架裡若是只能容得下30本書，超出這數量的書籍，就會散落地面，書本週遭的死角處就會冒出灰塵毛髮。這時，要不選擇對毛髮視而不見，要不就得彎身拾起一切，才能進行打掃。
無法對髒汙視若無睹，又不想彎身當跪婦，唯一解自然只能將物品的數量，維持在收納櫃體能容納的水位之下。

🔸生活不難，難在開始好好生活🔸
生活本身不單是吃喝拉撒睡，就像買東西不單是買東西，有時買的是物品背後的意識形態與對美好的想像。
當想像凌駕於現實之上，人生的實踐反倒成了「買得講究，活得將就」。
懶媽最近開始日日運動，曾經非常抗拒的我，突然愛上了運動的滋味。運動時的我，控制著身體、挑戰肌肉耐力的極限，我想這就是「自我掌控」的感覺。
運動不難，難在跨不過提腳開始；就像生活不難，難在放下只存在於腦海中的想像，未曾實踐。
看著他人美如詩畫的居家景致，可曾想過橫亙自家與別人家中的鴻溝，是因為預算不足無法執行，還是沒有起身而行的行動？
就算陋室之中只有一床一桌，若能活得講究，就能活出專屬的滋味。

🔸房子是別人的，生活是自己的🔸
不否認，過去在看到裝潢得美淪美渙的居家空間時，懶媽曾覺得自己不如他人，有時又會覺得心有不甘，覺得若預算充足，自也能打造出這樣令人羨豔的生活起居。
後來發現羨慕嫉妒別人，都是假的，自己不願意努力改善生活、接納自己才是真的。
日劇 #我家空無一物 縱使空無一物，依舊令人覺得心曠神移，韓劇 #恩珠的房間，房間雖小，但用心打造符合自己生活方式的空間，也是一種對生活的尊重。
大家的條件、能力各自不同，在自己的能力範圍，創造出宜人的生活，才能把生活過得像自己的。

🔸簡單生活，輕減身心負擔🔸
這系列，會是一個預算與自由有限、上有高堂、下有臭孩、還得存養老金的中年婦女，在經過幾年嚐試後，總算找到身心平衡的簡單生活方式。目前的我，自覺身心平衡、少長痘、睡得好、存款持續上升中。
在外患頻傳的今日，你願意一起踏上輕減負擔的旅程嗎?

Covid-19 has changed our lifestyle greatly, everyone of us is adapting to such changes, adjusting to such a new life.
As we have to spend longer time at home with others, we need to find a way to adjust how things and life should be organized and treated.
At this very certain point, we should step back a little bit when we are emotional, try to lower the quantity of possessions to a certain level that is within your control, live the life, feel and breathe in fresh air when you are able to do so.

【阿米不要film out｜New Video Out】

Film out 是日本劇場版Signal的主題曲，看到這劇名，固定在追韓劇的各位想必覺得眼熟，沒錯！這劇場版就是從韓劇Signal信號改編的。

光聽旋律的記憶點不多也沒有中毒性，但可以感覺到是首傷感歌，溫柔說著在心裡不會消失的人的故事。

可能是珍惜當下概念已經被講爛了，只好用更新的包裝方式講故事。我們甚至用自己想像中的時光機，想著那個人好像就站在對面，但是可望不可及，當想伸出手觸碰若隱若現的對方，他卻如同過眼煙雲消失不見了。

是不是頗有我上首cover的錯位時空感，我吹過你吹過的晚風，那我們算不算相擁的遺憾，那就做個有你的夢吧，再擁有一次，醒來之後再失去一次，反覆練習之後，也應該可以熟悉夢以外沒有你的日子。

Film out is the ending theme song of the Signal (Japanese TV series). This JP version was a remake of KR drama with the same name. Film out was written by BTS member Jungkook in collaboration with the lead vocalist of Japanese rock power trio Back Number, Iyori Shimizu.

Cherishing the moment may sound like too old-school or what, now we have to package the story with new concept, like going back to the past with time machine.

I still miss you soooo much. I want to be with you, it is as simple and as complicated as that.
Now all I can do is have a dream with you where you are with me. It'll be like being there with you in the dream and losing you after waking up. After being repeated again and again every night and day and practicing like this, even there is no such time machine to travel back to the past, I would be good at the days without you after waking up in reality (oh but I would def choose to love you if there were a time machine taking me back to the past).

Film out 是日本劇場版《Signal長期未解決事件搜查班》的主題曲，看到這劇名，固定在追韓劇的各位想必覺得眼熟，沒錯！這劇場版就是從超好看的韓劇《Signal信號시그널》改編的。
這一次日方推出劇場版，更邀請到防彈少年團接續演唱主題曲。

歌曲編排對很多聽習慣Kpop套路的人來說應該不太習慣，反而帶有J-pop的感覺。光是聽旋律的記憶點不多，也沒有中毒性，但可以感覺到是首傷感的歌，溫柔地說著在心裡不會消失的人的故事。

Cherishing the moment may sound like too old-school or what, now we have to package the story with new concept, like going back to the past with time machine. The one I miss sooo much seems to be standing opposite there, but he is out of reach. When I want to reach out and touch him hug hum, he just disappear away.

I still miss you soooo much. I want to be with you, it is as simple and as complicated as that.

Although there was no snow yesterday, it was windy and cold. My fingers and legs were frozen by the I was done filming for 6hrs but it was worth it (I say this every time haha) because the photos turned out so well. Stay tuned for pics on my blog!

雖然琴日無落雪, 但係好大風,好凍. 呢條片同埋啲相影左六個鐘頭後, 我手指腳指藍曬色 xD 但係我覺得好值得因為d相影得好靚! 所以你地要記得去我個blog去睇!!

On a side note, I actually lost my voice recorder at school back in September. As a result, I've been using a really old voice recorder which explains why sound quality for the voiceovers in my past few videos hasn't been the best.
