Thank you for giving me years of priceless experiences that I wouldn’t trade for anything else in this world. And yes, if you asked me, I would do it all over again with you and only you. But as for now, even to be able to wake up every morning, still breathing, and to see your face next to me is more than enough for me…

Maybe I will never be that same energetic person ever again but I promise you that for as long as The Almighty allows me to get out of bed every morning, I will keep on supporting every step of yours until my last breath. And let’s finish #TheOldForgeCottage - our dream house project - together…

Portrait shoot for both of us, after gained weight 🤣 Taking photo with our Furkids is really a challenge for us! Lots of Behind-The-Scene on this post, you may swipe left to check it out.

So happy that @bebeoppa finally gained some weight and change his pet food to mainly salmon and vegetables, also a good vet to help him on his recovery process. I’m really thankful that we decided to discharge him and took him away from the previous vet and went to Hand N Paws Veterinary Clinic & Pet Center. The new vet we met is really responsible and don’t remind me that how much money I wasted to pay extra useless test and go through my experience with unprofessional vet. So happy that my bebe recover from it and I remember I was going back and forth in between my work to see him crying at the hospital cage. Thanks to my bro and mom who look after him and now he’s happy happy boy 🐶

I actually planned to have a family shoot last year, wearing gown with bebe and all of our fam member but due to pandemic and covid, all postpone until forever. I even told my friends the concept and wanna have a short trip with bebe at my friend Airbnb house. Then beh tahan already, waited too long we just do the shoot my own lol. Hope soon can bring him out with us again and have a short staycation. So here’s all the photo I wish to share with you guys who concerned about @bebeoppa for the past few months. And also we wanted to record all these beautiful moment before he cut off his long and fluffy hair this week ❤️

我這個禮拜收到了美國國會兩位議員的兩面美國旗。 我很高興能夠與你們分享美國對台灣的支持和讚賞！

美國在六月底捐給台灣寶貴的疫苗，我因為美國的慈善行為和台灣人的感激之情所感動。 我決定寫信給50 多名國會議員，每封信都包含 400 多條來自台灣人自己的感謝信息。 好幾個國會會員收到此封信而兩位已經回答了寄給我一個美國旗. 這些美國旗為什麼特別呢？這些美國旗都飄揚在美國國會大廈來紀念台灣和美台關係。

這篇文章中的照片來自一面美國旗，另一面美國旗下個禮拜可以開箱給你們看。 我計劃在九月將這些旗幟運送到台灣，我計畫把兩面美國旗捐贈給台灣其中一個博物館、一個城市政府地方或任何其他合適的地方，並且會像我一樣重視它。

This week I received two flags from two members of the United States Congress. I’m very thrilled to be able to share with you a token of America support and appreciation for Taiwan!

After the United States donated vaccines to Taiwan in late June I was moved by the charitable act of the United States and the gratitude shown by the Taiwanese. I decided to write over 50 members of Congress, each letter containing over 400 messages of gratitude from the Taiwanese themselves. In return two answered back by sending a United States flag that was specially flown over the United States Capitol in honor of Taiwan and the US Taiwan relationship.

The photos in this post are from one flag, the other flag should be ready to show you by next week. I plan to ship these flags to Taiwan in September and plan to donate them to a museum, Government building or any other place that is suitable and would value it as much as I do.

That for all your support, especially my YouTube channel members for you generous donations that helped me pay for writing all of the members of Congress and for getting the flags shipped across states and to Taiwan. Also, big thanks to my Mom for assisting my in the ambitious project, without her help this couldn’t have been accomplished.

Letter 1:

The Flag of the United States of America - This is to certify that the accompanying flag was flown over the United States Capitol on July 27, 2021 at the request of the Honorable Micheal S. Lee, United States Senator.

This request was made for Logan D. Beck in honor of Taiwan gratitude for the United States generous donation of vaccines on June 20, 2021.

Letter 2:

Dear Logan,

Congratulations on your work strengthening the relationship between the United States and Taiwan. Your work has improved the lives of those you live with as well as the lives of Americans who benefit from a strong relationship with Taiwan. This achievement is a testament to your hard work, leadership and service. People like you make Utah, and the United States at large, remarkable.

Keep up the good work! I have no doubt you will make an impact on our great state and nation for years to come. Congratulations again on all you continue to accomplish.

Also got multiple requests to share a popcorn salmon recipe my mom taught me when we were back in Hanoi. It's super easy and soooo tasty... for the non-seafood eaters (who don't like the texture, smell etc....) this might work for you as I don't eat any seafood either. Or if you love seafood then this is such an easy snack to make!

Nothing makes me feel more like a grown up than when I’m doing my own gardening. PLANTS? ALIVE? FEEDING MY LAWN? WHO THIS?

I’m not gonna lie. My front garden has given me grief for a while. Each time I pull up in my driveway to see all those weeds I’m reminded how much I suck tending my garden. But life gets in the way so you automatically put kids, home, work, exercise, self time, social etc in front. Still it’s back of my mind and bothering me. Well, I finally decided to do something about my garden. I pulled out the weeds (and accidentally quite a lot of my actual plants unfortunately), I even bought my own lawn mower and it seems silly but I celebrated this little victory of cutting my own grass. Now I pull up in my driveway proud and in admiration of my little garden. It's not perfect but it's not how it used to be. Kinda like me.

On another note. I also never thought I’ll get to become such an outdoorsy girl. I’ve always enjoyed the nature but never quite had the chance to properly take it in until now. Happy to walk miles and miles with somebody who enjoys walking for miles and miles.

I do wish I enjoyed gardening as much as I enjoy looking at them though hehe...
It's been 2 weeks of eating better and I am feeling much more myself again!!
