沙茶醬はよく台湾で使われる調味料です、煮込み、炒め物、火鍋のつけだれにもよく使います！
日本の中華スーパーでほとんで売ってます👍
沙茶醬を使ってあんかけご飯を作ります、もちろん牛肉を豚肉に変えても良いです！
💡食材：
牛肉小間切れ（大きすぎると食べにくいかも）3人前👉🏼2人前の多めとして作りました
空芯菜
にんにくみじん切り
唐辛子
ねぎ一本みじん切り
⚡️牛肉の下味：
牛肉小間切れ（大きすぎると食べにくいかも）3人前（2人前の多めとして作りました）
オイスターソース 大さじ1
沙茶醬 大さじ1
料理酒 大さじ1
ごま油 少し
片栗粉小さじ２
⚡️全体の調味：
オイスターソース 大さじ1
水 100ml+100ml （スープ多めのあんかけ希望の場合、水量を増やす）
沙茶醬 大さじ3（味見しながら分けて入れる）
醤油 自由調整
片栗粉 小さじ2 （水溶き片栗粉に使います）

夏天到了除了想吃東南亞料理也很想吃台式，尤其要很辣的那種，可惜這裡好難買到生辣椒，不然我的沙茶牛肉燴飯一定更夠味😆
要準備的食材有：
小塊牛肉片（太大塊不好食用）三人份，其實我是用吃很多的兩人份做的哈哈
空心菜
蒜末 兩三瓣
辣椒
細蔥一根切末
⚡️醃牛肉調味：
小塊牛肉片
蠔油 1大匙
沙茶醬 1大匙
料理酒 1大匙
麻油 少許
太白粉 2小匙
⚡️整體調味：
蠔油 1大匙
水 100ml+100ml （想要湯汁多的話可以多加水量）
沙茶醬 3大匙（邊試味道邊加，絕對不要一次全下）
醬油 自由調整
太白粉 2小匙 （加水變成勾芡用的太白粉水）
