Eek! My iphone ‘Screen Time’ feature just reminded me that I’m on the phone significantly longer than last week.
Since my work largely depends on social media, I find it extremely difficult to reduce screen time. This also means more tired eyes and possibly damaging my eyesight in the long run.
I’ve heard many great things about @kinohimitsusg’s EyeBright. It is high in Lutein, which is one of two major carotenoids found as a color pigment in the human eye (macula and retina). It is thought to function as a light filter, protecting the eye tissues from sunlight damage.
The EyeBright supplement contains 100mg of Lutein, and nourishing ingredients such as Maqui Berry Extract, Purple Rice Extract, Lycopene and Beta-Carotene to reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration.
When I first tried it, I was worried about the sugar level as it tasted pretty sweet but I was relieved to find it only contains 1.7g of carbs per sachet.
