如果大家近來有留意我的行蹤,會發現我經常在中環徘徊😂 Oppa由於工作關係,這幾個星期都在中環出沒。當然要把握機會掃盡金融區美食🤤 這天就來到了IFC的西班牙餐廳食lunch。
Tomato Tartare🍅($120HKD) Oppa認為這道菜極具創意!一般tatare會用生牛肉或者吞拿魚製造。但這個tatare卻用上了番茄!好refreshing👍🏼 還附上了食tatare必備的脆脆多士麵包。
Red Prawn Paella🦐 它屬於lunch set的主菜部分,而這裡的lunch set大概值300幾蚊不等。雖然paella是西班牙名菜,但我往往卻不太喜歡。不過,這裡的一人份量paella非常出色😍 首先,份量恰當,一兩個人都能夠輕易食得到,不會覺得膩。味道亦是濃郁美味,食得出湯底的強烈海鮮味!

Tomato Tartare🍅($120HKD) A super creative dish. Instead of using raw beef or tuna, this refreshing dish features tomato as its main character🤩 It is served with crisped toast, just like any regular tatare; However, it’s vegetarian, smaller carbon footprint and better for our planet🌍❤️
Red Prawn Paella🦐 This was the main course to my lunch set. The lunch sets here cost a little over $300HKD and are great for sharing. I’m normally not a huge fan of the paella: its portions are normally way too big, and I feel stressed having to finish it when every bite tastes the same. Yet the size of the paella here is perfect for 1-2 persons😍 Moreover, I can taste the richness of the seafood broth used in creating this dish🤤 Delicious!

Late lunch with @marsieee today. Went to check out Cracko's work at the new japanese restaurant in Kolombong, maybe will try that next time. Today feels like pasta, so went to @happyplacerestaurant instead. My first time here, finally. I came here last time with mum but it was closed for cleaning that time.

Had Beef Bacon Cheese Burger with salad. Medium for the beef RM26. Cheesy Rigatoni RM28. Hot Latte RM9.90 (they didn't have Mocha), Iced Lemon Sour Plum RM9.90, Holy Water RM30 and complimentary Choco Moist Brownie from @juuddeeeee 🥰

Food was awesome. Super juicy and flavorful beef burger 🤤🤤🤤, love the vinaigrette on the salad. The cheesy rigatoni was equally good, cheesy tomato based with generous amount of minced meat 🥩. You can always trust the coffee made by @juuddeeeee (haven't meet him for years I think, nice to see you again and catch up a bit 🤭). The choco moist brownie is so moist 😱😱😱 so big, nasib I can finish 🤣 small size but big appetite.

Tried the Holy Water coz we were curious 🤣 it's such a familiar taste, like had this before somewhere but in a different color. Love the color, aquamarine. It's a mixture of Blue Lagoon, Peach? Rum and Vodka. Taste a hint of lime, subtle taste 😋 not in your face kind of drink 🤭 good on a rainy day.

ハヤシライスのご紹介です♪
今回はルーを使わず、お家にある調味料で本格的なハヤシライスが作れます!
二種類のきのこと牛肉、トマトの旨味が詰まっていてとっても美味しいです♡
ライスのおかわり必須です!ぜひ作ってみてくださいね♪
きのことトマトのハヤシライス
2人分
材料:
マッシュルーム 1/2パック
エリンギ 1/2パック
しめじ 1/2パック
牛肉切り落とし 100g
玉ねぎ(薄切り) 1/2個
バター 20g
薄力粉 大さじ2
赤ワイン 大さじ2
A水 100ml
Aコンソメ 小さじ1
Aケチャップ 大さじ2
Aウスターソース 大さじ2
Aトマトピューレ 140g
ナツメグ 少々
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
ごはん 適量
生クリーム 適量
パセリ 適量
作り方:
1.マッシュルームは半分に切り、エリンギは半分に切り3cm幅にし、しめじは根元を切り落とし小房に分け、牛肉は食べやすい大きさに切り、塩、コショウ、ナツメグで下味をつけておく。
2.鍋に薄力粉を入れて弱火で加熱し、焦げないようにきな粉色になるまで炒めたら、皿に取り出しておく。
3.同じ鍋にバターを中火で熱し、玉ねぎを入れる。しんなりするまで炒め、(1)を加えて肉に火が通るまで炒めたら、(2)を加えて全体を混ぜ合わせる。
4.赤ワインを入れて強火で加熱し、Aを加えて混ぜ、一煮立ちするまで加熱する。
5.器にごはん、(4)を盛り付け、生クリーム、パセリをトッピングしたら、完成!
Homemade Hayashi rice with mushroom
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pack mushroom
1/2 pack eryngii
1/2 pack shimeji
100g thinly sliced beef
1/2 onion (sliced)
20g butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons red wine
A
100ml water
1 teaspoon consommé powder
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
140g tomato puree
Some nutmeg
Some salt
Some pepper
Some steamed rice
Some heavy cream
Some parsley
PREPARATION:
1. Cut mushrooms into halves. Cut eryngii into 3cm pieces. Remove the root and separate shimeji into small pieces. Cut beef into bite-size pieces and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
2. Stir flour in a pan over low heat until lightly browned. Transfer to a plate.
3. Heat butter in the same pan over medium heat and stir-fry onions until soften. Add all mushrooms and beef (1) and stir until cooked. Add flour (2).
4. Add red wine into the pan. Turn up the heat to high, add all A ingredients, and simmer.
5. Put steamed rice in a bowl and (4) on top. Finish with heavy cream with some parsley.
6. Enjoy!

Hello friends! Today we're going to show you how to make Spanish classic chilled soup for summer: Gazpacho(and yes, it's vegan ❤️ ).
Gazpacho is one of the best known Spanish dishes. It originates from the South of Spain, the Andalusia area. In there, most gazpacho recipes include stale bread, tomato, cucumbers, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, sherry vinegar, water, and salt. Especially during hot summer days, cold gazpacho is ideally to enjoy as an appetizer.
Today, gazpacho has different varieties. But in this video, we wanna show you the most popular and classic tomato based version. Served cold and enjoy with homemade croutons, it’s so good in summer. Enjoy. :)

How to make Spanish Gazpacho Soup,
Spanish Gazpacho cold Soup Recipe
☞ Yield: 4~5 servings, 150ml/cup
✎ Ingredients
beef tomatoes & cherry tomatoes 420g
cucumber 75g
green bell pepper, 35g
red bell pepper, 35g
red onion 20g
garlic 2g
old bread 2 slices (22g)
olive oil 12g (1.5 tbsp)
sherry vinegar 12g (1tbsp, vinagre de Jerez)
salt Q.S.
a pinch of black pepper
homemade croutons Q.S.
Instructions
1. Cut the baguette slices into small pieces. Set aside.
2. Slice off the stem-end of the green bell pepper, remove the ribs, veins and seeds away, then cut into small pieces. Repeat the process for red bell pepper.
3. Cut the onion into thin slices.
4. Cut off the root end, and peel the skin from the clove. Slice the clove into thin pieces.
5. Cut off the stems of cucumber, then peel the skin and slice into a platter.
6. Cut the tomato in half, and remove the stem and core. Cut the tomato into small wedges.
7. Place the tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic into a food processor or blender, blend until very smooth.
8. Add baguette bread and
soak completely with vegetable puree until soft. Season with salt and black pepper, drizzle olive oil as you like, and add the sherry vinegar. Cover the lid and blend until well combined.
9. Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary. 10. Strain the mixture through a strainer, pushing all the liquid through with a spatula and discard the solids. Chill until very cold for hours or overnight.
11. Cut the baguette in half, then cut in half lengthwise and slice into bite-size. Set aside.
12. Mince garlic. Combine olive oil and minced garlic, and then drizzle (the bread) with oil evenly.
13. Place the breads onto a baking sheet. Season with black pepper and Parmesan. If you like, you can season with salt.
14. Preheat oven to 170C, bake for 12-14 mins or golden brown.
15. Remove the croutons from oven, let cool.
16. To serve, pour gazpacho into a cup or a bowl, put some ice cubes, garnish with tomatoes, chopped cucumber, homemade croutons and a drizzle of olive oil.

1/2 Eggplant
2 pieces Camembert Cheese, or your favorite cheese
1/2 Onion
- Sauce -
3 tbsp Japanese Worcester Sauce
2 tsp Okonomiyaki Sauce
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
3 tbsp Water
- Toppings -
Sudachi Citrus, or substitute: any type of sour citrus, ex. lemon or lime
Salt
- Batter -
1 Egg, medium size
100ml Cold Water (3.4 fl oz)
80g All Purpose Flour, or substitute: cake flour, or combine tempura batter mix and water without using the egg (2.8 oz)
150g Panko, finely ground, Japanese breadcrumbs (5.3 oz)
Frying Oil, enough so that the ingredients are half submerged
