🧡關於這次五倍券…哪些產業會受益呢？
1️⃣Food and beverage, retail, tourism, transport, electronics and appliances are expected to benefit from beefed-up Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers.
食品和飲料、零售、旅遊、運輸、電子和電器預計將受益於增強的五倍券。
📎beef up 加強/擴大生產
e.g. The company has plans to beef up its production in response to the current change.
因應近來的變化，公司計劃擴大生產。
🧡主要的目的是”振興經濟”
2️⃣The government issued / launched the vouchers to boost / revive / stimulate the economy in the aftermath of the pandemic.
政府在大流行之後發行/推出代金券以提振/振興/刺激經濟。
📎aftermath （不愉快事件）結束後的一個時期；（不愉快事件的）後果
In both countries, the war and its aftermath led to new dimensions in social conflict.
在這兩個國家，戰爭及其後果導致了新的社會衝突面。
🧡網路開放登記時…根本登入不進去，網站超級無敵”卡”
3️⃣When the citizens tried to register for/apply for their vouchers, the website crashed immediately.
當市民試圖註冊他們的代金券時，網站立即崩潰。
🧡除了台灣公民外，這些人也可以領取喔！
4️⃣Taiwanese citizens, foreign spouses, Alien Permanent Resident Certificate (APRC) holders, and diplomats are eligible for the Quintuple Stimulus Vouchers.
台灣公民、外國配偶、外國人永久居民證（APRC）持有者和外交官有資格獲得五倍券。
🧡總共會拿到200元、500元、1000元”面額”的五倍券
5️⃣The NT$200, NT$500, and NT$1,000 denomination vouchers, are available in either print or electronic format.
新台幣 200 元、500 元和 1,000 元面額代金券有印刷版或電子版。
🧡這次的五倍券可以選擇”實體(紙本)”或者”數位”的五倍券，如果選擇”數位”要綁定銀行帳戶！
6️⃣Citizens can choose digital vouchers or physical vouchers (paper vouchers). If they want digital ones, they should bind the vouchers to their bank accounts.
市民可選擇數位五倍券或實體五倍券（紙本五倍券）。如果他們想要數位五倍券，他們應該將五倍券綁定到他們的銀行帳戶。
🧡五倍券不能用在這些地方🤭
7️⃣The vouchers cannot be used to pay taxes, utility bills, fines, and other administrative fees. In addition, they cannot be used to purchase stocks, make investments, and cross-border e-commerce services.
五倍券不能用於繳稅、水電費、罰款和其他行政費用。此外，它們不能用於購買股票、進行投資和跨境電子商務服務。

昨天，台灣在自由貿易上邁出重要的一步。
我們正式遞交申請加入 #跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協定 (CPTPP)，蔡英文總統表示這反映了我們致力於促進亞太自由貿易的承諾，也相信台灣加入後能夠為區域跟全球帶來經濟發展。
台灣會做好充足的準備，按照自己的節奏與步調，為區域經濟做出具體貢獻。
#Taiwan has officially applied to become a part of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
President Tsai Ing-wen tweeted on the move, stating “Taiwan's bid to join the #CPTPP reflects our commitment to promoting free trade in the Asia-Pacific. I am confident that our membership in this deal would strengthen joint economic development & benefit people across the region & the world.”
Taiwan will put the necessary preparations in place so that we can make concrete contributions to the regional economy.
昨日台湾はCPTPPへの加盟を正式に申請しました。蔡英文総統が言うように、台湾は長年にわたってCPTPPのような質の高い自由貿易協定に参加する準備を進めてきました。
台湾は世界貿易機関（WTO）のメンバーの一員として活躍し、ICTや半導体などの産業は世界経済に欠かせない存在となっています。台湾がCPTPPに加盟すれば、アジア太平洋、ひいては世界経済に貢献できます。CPTPP加盟国ともウィンウィンの関係を成り立たせることができると信じています。

Here are some questions to consider:
1. Define brain drain. 請定義何謂人才外流？
2. Does brain drain exist in your country? Who or why not? 你的國家是否也有人才外流的情況？請說明原因。
3. Identify at least three factors contributing to brain drain. 請至少舉出三個造成人才外流的因素。
4. Do you agree with the claim that low wages is the main contributing factor of brain drain? 你是否同意低薪是造成人才外流的主要因素？
5. Should the government intervene to raise low wages in your country? Why or why not? 在你的國家裡，政府是否該對低薪有所干預？為什麼？
6. Defend the perspective that skilled migration can benefit a country. 請捍衛技術移民對國家有益的觀點。

save crossing the drake , have different ships (smaller expedition style, or newer medium size ship)
6.) Nat geo oyages for guests. especially those more keen on photography, close to Scenic Eclipse price. Ship is more simple but many professional talk
