I am so happy to confirm my trip to Chengdu, China in Oct. I will stay there 2 weeks for Karma Yoga (Selfless Service). The California Yoga Farm teachers will be there to teach this TTC in Chengdu. For those who are interested to take a Yoga Teacher Training Course, I highly recommend this course and this lineage. My TTC was definitely one of the best experience in my life.
After this course, I will head to do another 10-day Vipassana Meditation! :) Happy happy~
