#fyibyfyi These words gave me great comfort when I faced huge (technical) challenges to fly back home in early February when the #covid19 cases were surging in a China and it was much scarier then.

🏃🏻♀️ Regular exercise - cardio and 3km run (min.)
🧘🏻 Meditation/Listening to God’s word
🎞 TV dramas catchup
