“How to Conceptualize the Strong Force in a Spherical Fashion”
The first diagram image copied from Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_chromodynamics
Image caption: The pattern of strong charges for the three colors of quark, three antiquarks, and eight gluons (with two of zero charge overlapping).
I’ve played around lately with a twenty-sided dice that reminds me of the first diagram of the arrangement of Strong Force particles are arranged, i.e. the various quarks, gluons, and their anti-particles as well. The diagram shows the color-charge axis (the red/anti-red axis, the blue/anti-blue axis, & the green/anti-green axis)and their relationship to each other and their related quarks and gluons. It is important to note on each ‘color axis’, there is the ‘normal’ color-charge on one side of the axis, while the other side is the ‘anti-particle’ state of that color-charge. The points in the diagram indicating the directions where the various Strong Force ‘color-charges’ are located and in relation to each other. The diagram seems to form triangles and an overall 6-sided hexagram in its configurations.
The 20-D dice seems to meet the criteria of representing these 3 color/anti-color axes and how they are in angular configuration with each other. If the three 120 degree angular ‘points’ of the dice could each represent a color-charge axis, it seems to ‘fit’ within this criteria.
So, what does this mean? It seems how a triangular-aspected Strong Force can be represented in a ‘spherical form’ while outlining its totality, in a sense.
