Being a mum of 2 boys I know how hard it is to find time to exercise, sweat and start feeling a little normal and like your old self again.

It's so important to exercise and being with other parents to keep you sane and help combat post natal depression. Exercise is great at lifting your spirits. It's just about being out and having a laugh.

We have great facilities located in the heart of Mortlake in Mortlake business centre. We have enough space for buggies and babies. We also have an amazing cafe where you can mingle after the class. No need to rush off!!!

Can't attend buggyfit classes outside due to the weather over winter? Don't worry you can still keep fit and healthy in our studio.

Weekend classes we offer kidz zone where we have a qualified level 6 childminder with first aid and who is ofsted registered and a helper. This is at an extra cost of £4 per child.

When booking your class make sure you book your space in the kidz zone too.
