Relaxation helps keep our body and mind healthy. Regardless of what happens and what kind of people we meet, there is no need to feel fear or worry. By embracing gratitude, we’ll be able to smile more often.
如果經常是在緊張、憂愁、憤怒的狀態,或挖空心思、胡思亂想而又不知道自己在做什麼的人,臉上一定缺乏笑容,造成心理不健康,結果身體也不會健康。
If we are often in a stressed, depressed, and angry state of mind, draining our brain or engaging in discursive thoughts but without any idea what we are actually doing, then we’ll definitely have fewer smiles, thus compromising our mental and physical health.
我們應該要心中常常保持沒有需要煩惱的事,也就是頭腦裡沒有憂鬱、不滿意的事,因為世界上「不如意事十常八九」,既然已經知道,可能會有八、九成不如意的事出現,那還有什麼不如意的呢?
We should try to constantly free our mind from troubles and afflictions, by clearing our thoughts of all the depressing and unsatisfactory things. In this world, nine things out of ten do not meet our expectations. Since we know that as a reality, then what else can we possibly find “unsatisfactory”?

The organization supported this month is “Brain Food”
They provided information about the democratic movement to the deaf people in Hong Kong. They cooperate with various organizations and publish “COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines”. (https://hkslized.com)

P.S.: The sticker series was initially published on FB page for free download. Um… I just hope to use it for do something more. Then I print it out and contact Tea Hub. They have charity sale every month and give various organizations.
