各位街坊近日搭車行經東廊既時候,無論去緊柴灣定係銅鑼灣方向,有冇發覺近繞道出入口長期都有一條行車綫俾水馬封咗?仲要搞到經常慢車甚至塞車?
中環灣仔繞道已經通車接近一年,為何有行車綫仍然封閉?Admin 翻查東區區議會紀錄,原來有關行車綫早已劃為花槽範圍,不再開放供行車使用。
眾所周知,東區走廊近繞道出入口一段是交通最繁忙的路段。往銅鑼灣方向於下午及傍晚經常會出現嚴重擠塞,而起因往往是往天后及跑馬地兩條車龍倒灌導致。至於往柴灣方向相應的一段於繞道通車後。亦不時會出現行車緩慢情況。為何在擠塞日益嚴重下,政府卻繼續將部分行車線改建成花槽,使得原本已經擠塞的道路空間進一步減少?
一年前,本專頁曾經撰文批評繞道入口行車綫設計,容易造成擠塞,可幸得到路政署回應訴求重新定綫,通車後入口處不致出現嚴重樽頸問題。然而繁忙時間往天后出口及往跑馬地/紅隧兩條車龍動輒延伸至北角一帶,合共佔用兩條行車綫。如今慢綫長期封閉下,前往其他目的地(告士打道、灣仔、金鐘、中區)的車流如不欲使用繞道,只能全部擠進剩下最後一條行車綫,車流負荷可想而知。
至於往柴灣方向現時最右綫長期封閉,只餘下三條行車綫。加上繞道出口車輛交匯帶來的額外阻礙,導致該段常常出現行車緩慢。倘若遇上意外,龍尾更不時延伸至銅鑼灣避風塘。
早前已經有區議員就花槽事宜質詢路政署及運輸署,而署方回應指花槽工程是為了美化環境,而早前東廊雙向四綫的安排僅為臨時措施。至於現時改建花槽並縮窄為三綫,是因為繞道通車令東廊橋面車流減少,估計縮窄後路面足以應付交通流量需求。可是如今東廊縮窄「四綫變三綫」的後果有目共睹,擠塞情況反而有惡化趨勢,縮窄後的路面已經不能應付現時繁忙時間的交通流量,更遑論將來人口增長帶來的額外壓力。
既然東廊擠塞情況持續,政府為何仍一意孤行將行車綫改建為花槽,令東區居民繼續每天飽受塞車之苦?

OCIC十里銀灘開發計劃20億美元打造甘東區新衛星城

OCIC將興建鑽石島連通十里銀灘(Norea區域),OCIC目前有兩種選擇,第一是修建一座斜拉橋,全長約1000米,設有雙向四車道,耗資預計約6000萬至7000萬美元。第二是興建一條穿越湄公河地下隧道,同樣設有雙向四車道,全長約1000米,耗資高達2億美元。
OCIC豪擲20億美元打造甘東區新衛星城,OCIC在金邊市沿湄公河區域的Phum Kaoh Norea計劃投資20億美元建設超過100公頃的大型衛星城(十里銀灘),併計劃於2023年建成。該項目將成為柬華集團繼鑽石島項目後又一力作,未來將與鑽石島連接,成為城市中心的一部分。根據規劃方案,十里銀灘將分為四個板塊:世界級酒店休閒度假區、商務中心區、行政辦公區、生態居住區,OCIC將打造湄公河南岸濱水生態江景天際線,未來將集辦公、居住、酒店、商務、行政、購物、文化體驗等功能於一體。
根據柬越兩國交通部門達成的協議,金邊-胡志明高速公路將成為兩國區域經濟走廊,柬境內路段得到日本的資助已完成可研報告,按雙向6車道,時速120公里的標准進行設計。該高速公路項目完成後,從金邊至胡志明所需時間減少為2小時。
近年來,甘東新區(俗稱鐵橋頭區)正在迅速進入國際的視野,無論是從城市戰略規劃還是經濟樞紐角度來看,甘東新區都有著不可比擬的特殊地位和無限發展的潛力。

OCIC Shili Yintan Development Plan 2 billion US dollars to build a new satellite city in Gandong District

OCIC will build Diamond Island to connect with the Nori area (Norea area). OCIC currently has two options. OCIC has invested $2 billion to build a new satellite city in Gandong District. OCIC plans to invest $2 billion in a large satellite city (Shili Silver Beach) with a total area of more than 100 hectares in Phum Kaoh Norea in the Mekong region of Phnom Penh. It is planned to be completed in 2023. The project will become another masterpiece of the Cambodian Group following the Diamond Island project and will be connected to Diamond Island in the future as part of the city centre. According to the agreement reached by the traffic authorities of Cambodia and Vietnam, the Phnom Penh-Ho Chi Minh Expressway will become the regional economic corridor between the two countries. 今年3 月,仁人家園大使 劉浩龍 Wilfred Lau 師兄 先生隨同120位青年義工到廣東省從化市石明村參與「#青年領袖建屋之旅2016」。三日的服務中,師兄和義工在烈日當空下一起搬磚砌牆、預備泥漿、挖掘地基,為窮苦的農民建屋。師兄亦隨團隊探訪其中一戶受助家庭 - 劉賢發先生。
師兄除了帶大家去了解劉先生曾居住過的泥磚屋的狀況,也到訪仁人家園為劉先生一家提供資金和技術支援而建成的新居,親身見證一個「家徒四壁」但卻安全適切的居所,如何改善劉先生一家的生活,帶來滿載的愛。

In March this year, Habitat Ambassador, Wilfred Lau , built houses with families in need in Conghua, Guangdong along with 120 young leaders through Habitat Young Leaders Build 2016 #HabitatYLB. Passing and laying bricks, preparing mortar, digging house footings were all hard yet fulfilling moments for him. His visit to Mr Liu Xianfa’s family was especially memorable.
In this video, Wilfred showed us the old mud brick houses the villagers used to live in. We can also witness how a seemingly empty yet safe, adequate house can change the lives of, and bring love to, the Liu’s family.
