Legs
1. Squat 10x10
2. Lunges 20 steps x4
3. Romanian deadlift 12x4
4.Leg press 15x4
5. Leg extension 50x4
6. Calves press 30 x4
Abs
1. Rope cable crunches 20x4
2. Russian Twist 50x4
3. Seated Leg Raise 50x4
I haven't eaten carbs for 2 days now, so my energy level and focus wasn't as good, so I took 2 scoops of Platinum PRE before training. When you don't eat carbs your energy level tend to drop, but your body will depend on your body fats and use those as energy, that's why you burn Fats faster! The training is of course intense, 1min rest between sets, and high intensity(meaning more than 10reps per set). The weight of must be Mid Heavy, something that can challenge you!
So remember! If the exercise does not challenge you, don't expect to see the body that you always wished for!
