give yourself treats daily.
“treats” can be flowers, a walk in nature, lying down with your cat, smelling essential oils, make tea and drink slow, wrap your body in silk...
or anything else you can enjoy with your senses.
they don’t have to cost a lot of money or time.
but they are essential to keep you happy so you can stay on your journey - and enjoy every single day of it.
