Yesterday's teaser Charcoal X Series | Part 1: JUA preview collaboration for the Charcoal X series on the 4th and 5th December. The combination of Indian spices with Yakitori techniques made for colourful and exciting flavours which were not over powering. The just-right cooking of the grilled proteins were particularly notable, but then again not surprisingly, with these two masters of oven / grill!
