這週四11/26就是美國的感恩節了，雖然今年的感恩節跟往年都不太一樣，但不只是感恩節，到年底了溫哥華其實也都充滿過節的氣氛，今年除了有這種過節的開心之外也多了一份複雜的心情，是一個大家從來沒有遇過的Holiday Season，簡單跟大家分享幾個在Holiday sSason的數據及新聞。
雖然疫情的病例數量屢創新高，也且CDC美國疾病管制與預防中心也不斷呼籲民眾不要在感恩節假期旅行，但是根據TSA美國運輸安全管理局的統計，在上週五美國機場的旅客量是超過百萬。但在上週五和周六這兩天是自三月份Pandemic導致以來航空業停擺以來美國機場最繁忙的兩天。
雖然跟去年的感恩節假期相比這個數據也僅僅是去年的42％，但這個數字自3月中旬以來是僅次於10月18日。

今天要分享的是Shopify對於假期購物季的計劃，往年通常進入最後的購物季，Shopify必須幫助成千的小型線上零售商準備這場年度大事，但是今年對於Shopify的任務又是更上一層樓了。因為疫情許多實體零售門市和餐廳內用受到限制，許多大品牌像是番茄醬製造商Heinz，先前報導過股價破千的墨西哥連鎖餐廳Chipotle等都開始使用Shopify的線上電商軟體，並希望能夠找到新的方式增加營收，加拿大這邊非常大的超市連鎖店Loblaws也使用Shopify販售meal kit 和推廣其他熱門產品。

記得之前跟大家分享過一個邊溜滑板邊喝蔓越莓汁拍抖音而爆紅的影片，今天要來跟通勤族聊聊在上週日，TikTok 網紅Charli D'Amelio達到一億Follower，這算是對他以及對抖音來說都是一個很大的里程碑。這位Charli D'Amelio年僅16歲，在TIk Tok 上面只有其他兩位創作者的追蹤人數是超過五千萬的。
