Cape Kamui is another must visit if you’re coming to Hokkaido. ⛰🌊
If you’re planning on a road trip, this cape is located at Shakotan Peninsula, about one and half an hour drive from Otaru town. The hike is not hard but please wear sport shoes if you’re planning to finish the trail!

In the past, it was considered to be the most dangerous spot in the Sea of Japan and women were forbidden to approach it.

Had so much fun cycling around Moerenuma Park, a large park with different man made features, with my favorite people! 🥰💕 🚲

There is Mount Moere behind us, and also a pyramid building called Hidamari which is an information center. There is also a sea fountain in the middle of the park, which shoots water 25meters into the air, how impressive! 🤩

You can enjoy all these features with free admission and by just paying the bicycle fee which is 100yen per hour. 🥳
