Haven't been sleeping well the last 3 nights:( I'd fall asleep at 12mn and then get up at 4ish and have difficulty getting back to sleep- is this normal? Usually after a 70.3 race I'm like that for one night only, so this is quite strange. Nonetheless, I'm gonna continue to chill and relax as much as I can! #cheryltaytravels
Recovery week means a precious precious week of reduced hours and intensity which means time for a quick getaway! Holidays are always fun, until you come back to reality lol. #throwback to Table Mountain where I was freezing at 4 degrees Celsius even though I had thermal underwear underneath my clothes.
