I made a one pot Chicken Stew over the weekend for the kids and I’m still working on the recipe to perfect it but the kids seem happy with this so let me know if you try it! 😇

Marinate cut boneless chicken thigh with @liloikanbilis mushroom powder and a sprinkle of scallop powder. Blanch broccoli briefly and set aside. Stir fry sliced onions and chicken and set aside. Place chicken and onions in a pot and add water (just covering all ingredients) or chicken broth and put carrots & potatoes in. In another pan, heat butter and stir 2 tablespoons of flour in. Add 1 cup of milk in and mix well. Mix in pot and simmer til stew thickens. Add broccoli, mix well with other ingredients and serve with rice at the side. Season with pepper (optional). 🌈✨ #homecooking
