今天，我們史岱文森高中的同屆同學舉辦了一場迷你線上同學會。
為了配合美東時間，在台北的我早上六點不到就坐在電腦前面了。
大家個性沒怎麼變。當年印象中很幽默的，現在也還在線上逗大家開心。
有好幾位以前不太認識的同學，這次聽他們分享後，更想要好好認識他們。
其實，要一個人在90秒內報告過去30年的發展，也實在太難。
但看著每個人的表情，他們所在的環境，以及不時晃入畫面的家人，
已經可以感受到他們的生活氛圍。這種真實感很難得。
雖然跟這群同學已經沒那麼熟了，但能夠見到彼此，一起回憶著、鼓勵著、聆聽著，讓我一整天心都暖暖的。實在很榮幸認識他們。
Today, some of my classmates at Stuyvesant held an on-line mini reunion.
To accommodate the 6pm EST meet-up time, I was sitting in front of the computer before 6am in Taipei. I win the distance award for this round!
People’s personalities don’t seem to have changed much. Those who I remember as being witty and gregarious, are still the ones making everyone laugh online.
There are several classmates who I didn't know well from before, but after listening to their sharing, makes me want to get to know them better.
It is simply too difficult for a person to report on their developments of the past 30 years in a minute and half. Still, looking at everyone ’s expressions and their surroundings, some with kids wandering into frame from time to time, gives me a sense of their life in a way that feels very authentic.
Even though we haven’t all been in close contact for decades now, but reminiscing together, listening to each other and encouraging each other, was a truly great feeling. I feel privileged to know such a good group of people.
