The current working trend has made way to a large shift in combating the stigma surrounding mental health. This week, Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim, who is a passionate mental health advocate, shared with us the importance to be aware of our own mental health and how it influences us at the workplace and in life.
Having graduated with an Advanced Dip in Psychology, she insists on the notion that there is no shame in seeking professional therapy. She also touches upon why we should choose our friends wisely, surround ourselves with the right people and embrace not only the highs but also the lows that life throws at us.
