一直以來都是很少用蠟筆畫插畫，最早開始就是用來畫風景，靜物，突然很想畫一座山。
想念戶外的風景，台東的大山，等到疫情結束，還想再去走走。

今天是以雞肉料理爲主的影片。
還拍了從菜市場買來的肉進行處理的地方。
雞胸肉在菜市場上買來的話，還會帶著雞柳和皮的部分，所以能毫無保留的享用料理。
另外還會醃製印度烤雞肉和排骨，所以一定要醃製後烤來吃吃看哦！
雞胸肉是低糖減肥不可缺少的食材，但是做菜方式單調的話也會吃膩的。
另外直接煮的話，肉會變得乾巴巴的，不好吃。
避免雞肉太柴，請低溫烹煮或像影片中一樣使用美乃滋和酒料理的話，可使雞肉變得更柔軟。
美乃滋中含有的醋爲肉類帶來補水效果。烤或煎就能像是用低溫烹煮般，可做出美味的雞胸肉，請大家一定要試看看喔。
