再創人生新高峰5029公尺，下載了海拔高度APP 還有照相功能呢！終於來到美麗的彩虹山！

彩虹山名為Vinicunca，地質學上稱彩虹山為「丹霞地形」 (Danxia landform)，一直是IG上的網紅景點。

在旅途中遇見兩位廣州來的女孩，全程徒步上下山，我很知道身體狀況不允許，上下三公里是騎馬（據說這是新開發的捷徑），最後要自己拾階而上一直到山頂，大約路程只有200公尺，我卻走了一小時，果然沒有高山訓練，在這樣條件下步行真得非常辛苦，而山峰明明就進在眼前，雖然走得極慢，但還是很開心沒有因為超過五千公尺，就被稀薄的空氣嚇退。上山絕對不能逞強的，因為有人走了之後高山症狀嚴重，即使上馬也無法平衡，因為馬匹走在非常陡峭的山崖旁，如果無法平衡時會覺得超級可怕！

當天遊客非常多，一直很難拍好照片，天氣又乾淨，雖然風冷冽，但真心覺得值得！當地11月到二月會是雨季，因此很多人會拍到很雷的彩虹山，有興趣的人搜尋網路就可以看到囉！但那天我真得很幸運，天氣非常好，而我是後來晚上洗澡時才發現手背曬傷了，高山上的紫外線真得不能輕忽！

就給大家看看有調色、有濾鏡，以及原始照片吧！坦白說，親眼見到真得壯觀，也真是心滿意足了！

只是不得不說，還是要小心高山症，我下山到四千五百公尺的停車場後，覺得頭很痛（其實是冷風吹的！後來很多人都開始頭痛），原本想要點氧氣來吸，從沒試過，結果身旁法國先生，突然身體不舒服，加上因為不舒服而緊張，突然大口呼吸，整張臉漲紅，嚇壞車上的人，導遊拿來氧氣桶，我在旁邊開始來那一套半催眠法，讓他放鬆下來，還按摩他合股穴中，還好只是虛驚一場，最後也沒事了！

一路上遇到好多老人，真得至少70歲歐洲人，來秘魯，面對高山，雖然身體強烈不適還是繼續走，，真得覺得他們好勇敢，我只能提醒自己，繼續保持健康的身心，繼續探索地球🌍！
