Our second son says he doesn't like yeast, so we made bread without it. It doesn't need to rise, so it's quick and easy to make. We made it with our daughter over winter break.

発酵する必要がないので、短い時間で完成できるお手軽パンです。冬休み中の娘と作りました。

*レシピ*
1.溶き卵 1/2個分と牛乳 100ccを合わせておく。
2.フードプロセッサーに(もちろん、手でも捏ねられます(^^))
強力粉 100g、薄力粉 100g、ベーキングパウダー 小さじ2、
砂糖 小さじ2、塩 小さじ1/3をザッと混ぜ合わせる。
3.1で用意した卵と牛乳を合わせたものを加え捏ねる。
4.まとまってきたら、溶かしバター 20gを加え捏ねる。
5.丸くまとめラップをかけ、15分休ませる。
6.生地を10等分に分け、お好みのソーセージに巻きつける。
7.1で使った残りの溶き卵をハケなどで塗り、
200度に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。
8.そのままでも おいしいですが、お好みでケチャップなどをつけてもいいと思います。
* Recipe*
1. Mix 1/2 beaten egg with 100 cc of milk and set aside
2. Mix 100g bread flour, 100g cake flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 2tsp sugar, 1/3 tsp salt in a food processor (or a bowl if you're mixing by hand)
3. Add in the egg and milk from step 1 and mix further
4. Once its formed a dough, mix in 20g of melted butter
5. Shape into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit for 15 minutes
6. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and wind around the sausage of your choice
7. Brush the dough with the other 1/2 beaten egg from step 1 and baked at 200℃ for 20 minutes
8. They're delicious eaten as is, but we think the taste even better with ketchup!

Collect into a round form.

The dough is equally divided into ten and is wound around the sausage of your choice.
